Stay in the old village schoolhouse

Our historic school building with wonderfully high ceilings and its thick sandstone walls offers plenty of space (about 130 square meters) for up to four people. It was lovingly ecologically renovated by us until 2013. Downstairs there is a large kitchen-living room, upstairs a cozy small bedroom and a large studio, which can also be used by artistically ambitious guests. From Gräfenhausen you can go directly to the Palatinate Forest by mountain bike or on foot. The nearest climbing rock is also a 20-minute walk. In the village there is a small restaurant with a village shop and a bakery (both directly opposite the house).

Unique apartment in the Künstlerhaus. Located on the main road of Annweiler. 2 minutes to the train station, 3 minutes to the market square. Nestled in the largest forest area of the Palatinate. The natural stone underfloor heating and the double-sided burning stove give the apartment a wintery feel-good atmosphere. The EyerHof - the special vacation home in the Palatinate

The EyerHof - owned by the Eyer family for three generations - is a farmhouse over 120 years old that was completely renovated from 2019 - 2022 and now combines the special charm of a farmhouse with modern industrial style. Next to the terrace, courtyard and garden there is a barbecue station with a large new Rösle gas grill & the barn which can be used as a cozy lounge. The interior of the house combines timber-framed construction with modern iron, wood, sandstone, clay walls and old with new 🖤

Wohnen in einem kleinen Museum. Schwelge in Erinnerungen, oder erlebe wie deine (Groß)Eltern gewohnt haben könnten. Blättere in alten Büchern und Zeitschriften, höre dir eine Schallplatte oder ein Tonband an. Es gibt viele original Gegenstände aus den 60er und 70er Jahren zu entdecken. Deshalb sind kleine Kinder nicht erlaubt. Ich habe mir viel Mühe gegeben eine authentische Atmosphäre zu schaffen. Die Bilder sprechen für sich. Wenn Ihr etwas entdeckt, was zu neu ist, sagt es mir gerne.

Erlebt bei uns die Jahreszeiten von der Obstblüte im April bis zur Apfelernte im Oktober, die bunten Wälder im November und das ruhige Tal im Winter zum Winterwandern und Wohlfühlen am Kamin. The two princes welcome you to their 400 year old estate located under the Saint Anna Kapella in the charming village of Burrweiler. We are located on the Southern Weinstrasse, the perfect location for hiking, cycling, wine tasting and regional culinary delights. Our contemporary, newly remodeled apartment is spacious and bright with plenty of room for four guests. The large terrace is the perfect place to relax. Our beautiful courtyard welcomes you with an abundance of flowers.

Traumhaftes Dachstudio im Weinort

Wunderschöne, helle und sonnige Dachwohnung mitten im "Hotspot" der pfälzer Weindörfer. 35 m2 Dachstudio, einen neu verlegten Buche-Massivholzboden, schönes Sichtgebälk und eine wirklich traumhafte Aussicht auf die umliegenden Weinberge. Das Haus wurde 1828 gebaut und 2018 kernsaniert. Neben dem Doppelbett gibt`s ein neues Schlafsofa (für 1-2 Kinder), einen kleinen Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Tee plus Tassen. KEINE KÜCHE vorhanden! Das Bad ist NAGELNEU! ( im April 2022 saniert).

When the weather is good, you can enjoy yourself in the garden and set off on hiking tours straight from the property.
