Apartment for max. four people in an absolutely quiet location. The apartment is located on the upper floor, is bright, about 50 square meters, has a living/sleeping area with open kitchen, a bathroom (with window and shower) and a small walk-in closet. They live in the house completely alone (on the ground floor there is only one garage; the landlords live in the house next door). The apartment is surrounded by fish ponds on the outskirts of Soltau. Linens, towels and final cleaning are included.

The apartment is in the basement of a residential building built in 2014 and has a new and upscale equipment. The metropolises of Hamburg/Hanover/Bremen can be reached in less than an hour. Bad Fallingbostel can be reached by bike in no time and offers everything for everyday needs.

The apartment is located in a 100 year old barn of an idyllic, 26 soul village in the midst of (almost) unspoilt nature on the edge of the Lüneburg Heath. It's an area with no superlatives. Everything very normal without big attractions. But this is exactly what we really appreciate in this area. Lots of nature, wide view and little distraction. It is a place where you can unwind and gather strength.
