Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Our cosy country house with a large garden is located on a hillside in Stockach-Zizenhausen, 12 minutes/9 km from Lake Constance. With the beautiful Lake Constance region to the south and the Donau Valley to the north, this is the ideal place for relaxation, hiking and swimming holidays. Even when it rains, there is plenty to do: Lake Constance Thermal Baths in Überlingen, Meersburg Castle Museum, Langenstein Castle with its Carnival Museum, Sealife and shopping in Constance, Zeppelin Museum……

Big and cosy room 11 km from the lake of constance

Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

This beautiful new apartment (80 square meters of living space) is ideal for all Lake Constance lovers, hikers, mountain bikers and nature lovers. Close to attractions such as the Marienschlucht, the island of Mainau and Constance. Bodman is located on Lake Überlingen and offers a few nice restaurants. Sie verbringen Ihren Aufenthalt in einer farbenfrohen und gemütlichen Ferienwohnung, welche über einen privaten Eingang verfügt. Auf der 20 qm großen, überdachten Terrasse mit Lounge vor der Wohnung, können Sie den Blick in den Garten genießen, grillen, essen oder einfach ihre Seele baumeln lassen. Die ca. 54 qm große Wohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss unseres 2-Familien-Hauses. Alle Fenster der Ferienwohnung sind mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet. Kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden.

100m to the lake: Dreamlike penthouse

This spacious apartment is only a few walking minutes from the beach and lake. The grand view from the apartment over the lake is breathtaking, especially during sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. A quick dip? No problem! With beautiful hiking/biking trails nearby, the flat is also a great starting point for the next adventure. On the balcony, you can barbecue in the evening and relax while watching the sunset.

Modernly furnished, bright, sunny and 75 m² large: Our three-room apartment on the first floor of our four-family house offers a lot of space for holiday dreams. A large open-plan kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer as well as TV and WLAN offer all comfort. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (box spring) and has its own terrace access. A separate children's room with pull-out bed and a WC with a spacious shower complete the offer.

Small house, rich breakfast, organic, homemade

Former farm building of the forester's lodge, rebuilt in 2006, very quietly located in the middle of nature, wide view over the fields and meadows. The Adelindis thermal bath can be reached in Bad Buchau, 5 km away, and other thermal baths are within a radius of about 25 km. The summer house is not suitable for children under 4 years of age and not for people with disabilities, as the sleeping compartment can only be reached via the steep ladder.

Holiday barn in Hegau

The apartment is located in a former barn with a stork nest, which has been modernized. The large living and dining area is characterized by a very large ceiling height and plenty of air (4.20 m height). The fully glazed barn door brings light into the room. The bedroom (former cowshed) is located inside and is therefore particularly quiet. Other rooms: kitchen, pantry (spacious storage for suitcases, etc.), hallway, bathroom with walk-in shower.

Beautiful studio not far from Lake Constance

The newly renovated and lovingly furnished 35 sqm studio (ground floor) is located in a quiet residential area on the edge of the Stockacker core city. A private parking lot is available to our guests. The studio is equipped with high quality SATELLITE TV, stereo system, new fitted kitchen, 1.60 m wide double bed and a beautiful small bathroom with fitted wardrobes and rain shower. Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." With one bedroom, an open living and dining room, bathroom, kitchen and two balconies with great lake views, the apartment offers an ideal retreat for a great vacation. Enjoy your stay with us.
