Terrace Sea View in the Town Center Design and Art

Step into a home where the minimalist decor is elevated by designer lighting, vintage furnishings, and contemporary art adorning the walls. The apartment is on a top floor 1880 building, NO ELEVATOR (travel light), the location is on the centre of Siracusa (5 min walk from Ortigia and the other amenities of the town) bars restaurants and small and big supermarkets are walking distance (maximum 5 min) . There's one bed room (ask if you need a baby bed) with a double queen size bed. One spacious bathroom and a kitchen. A full furnished apartment with everything you need, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine dishes. The terrace has a unique view, perfect for dinners and an aperitivo at sunset. Over looking on the small bay the east view and the west view overlooking on the mountains, if you're lucky you'll be able to see the Volcano Etna. I use to live on the same floor, in another apartment at the next door Archeological park is 10 min walk, the bus station and train station are 5 min walk, beach and historical sites in less then 10 min walk.

Super bright house located by the seaside of the beautiful Ortigia island. Fully restructured and decorated with creativity by design enthusiasts.
