The apartment was added to the inventory about 12 years ago as a construction. The spacious bright dining and living area with open kitchen is the heart of the apartment. The Kottenforst Nature Reserve is within walking distance and invites you to take walks and bike tours. The apartment is well connected. The city center can be reached in about 15 minutes. Cooking is not allowed in the apartment, but restaurants and the cafeteria are nearby.

"Der Schuppen" comfortable cottage in Kessenich

"Der Schuppen" is a former workshop that I converted into a modern, small feel-good house. You live centrally, but in the middle of the countryside, at the foot of the Venusberg. Shops serving everyday needs and the tram stop are a 4-minute walk away. The train takes 11 minutes to get to the main train station. The Haus der Geschichte is 1.4 km and the World Conference Center is 1.9 km away. The open-plan "shed" has its own entrance.

We offer this small apartment, located at the foot of the Venusberg and Kottenforst. Venusberg clinics are about a 20-minute walk through the forest, and the Rhine is about 15 minutes by bike, and a 15-minute walk to the city center by train. In the small kitchenette you will find a small 2-plate induction stove, kettle, toaster and a coffee pod machine. The apartment has an ensuite bathroom with shower and private entrance.

The apartment consists of a cozy first floor room and a bedroom with bathroom in the bright basement, which also contains a large window. Both rooms are connected by an internal staircase. The living room with high ceilings and stucco offers plenty of space. The beautiful, modern kitchenette with two hotplates, microwave and dishwasher allows for good self-catering.
