The holiday apartment "Tiroler Zeitgeist", completed in 2021, in the "Astenhof" is located in the middle of the FÜGEN ski area in the Zillertal, 190m from the ski gondola and a stone's throw from everything the mountains have to offer. Luxuriously furnished, it offers space for 6-8 guests, who are divided into the following bedrooms: - sleeping room "Zirbe" (100% pine wood): double bed 180x200 cm - sleeping room "Fichte" (100% spruce wood): double bed 160x200 cm - sleeping room "Eiche" (100% oak wood): double bed 160x200 cm Each of these bedrooms has its own signature, with tailor-made furnishings made of real wood, according to the room name. If required, two additional guests can be accommodated on the sofa bed (140x200) in the rustic, modern living room. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, each with a walk-in rain shower. A washing machine is ready for use in the larger bathroom. The high-quality kitchen with stone worktop is fully equipped with a dishwasher and other appliances. The lounge corner of the sunny Tyrolean style wooden balcony invites you to relax with a view of the Zillertal slopes.

Auf rund 70 m² erwartet dich ein modernes, barrierefreies Apartment im Erdgeschoss – ideal für Gäste mit eingeschränkter Mobilität oder Rollstuhl. Die großzügige Raumaufteilung bietet komfortabel Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Der helle Wohnbereich mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, gemütlicher Sitzecke & Schlafsofa lädt zum gemeinsamen Verweilen ein. Zwei Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-Betten und 2 moderne Badezimmer sorgen für viel Komfort. Eines der Bäder ist vollständig rollstuhlgerecht ausgestattet.

Unsere Hütte ist ein einzigartiges Refugium, das Tradition und Moderne vereint. Auf 1.370 m Höhe gelegen, bietet sie atemberaubende Ausblicke auf die Tiroler Berge und blühende Almwiesen. Mit einer über 100 Jahre alten Geschichte verfügt sie über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, gemütliche Schlafzimmer mit Bergblick, und eine sonnige Terrasse. Direkt vor der Tür beginnen Wanderwege, und die Sauna sorgt für Entspannung nach einem aktiven Tag. Ideal für Naturliebhaber und Erholungssuchende.

We have only added a little comfort, so that you can, for example, take a warm shower without having to heat up beforehand... ;-) In our garden you can spend wonderful summer days, go shopping or eat right in the village and the ski resorts are also very close...

Apartment for 4-6 people in beautiful Zillertal

Lots of space to feel good in the beautiful Zillertal – in this spacious & quiet apartment. I rent the apartments my grandparents have furnished very lovingly & high-quality. Since they are no longer able to rent them out, I will continue with it. The apartment has about 71 m2.! We welcome individuals, multiple people, as well as families of all ages, gender, and of all backgrounds ! House rules & regulations apply to EACH/N in the same way. :)

In our house there are 4 apartments for 6 or 7 people. Our beautiful and new apartments, in modern Alpine style, offer space for the whole family and are equipped with everything you need for your stay. Our apartments are the ideal base for exploring the Zillertal. The Spieljoch ski & hiking area in Fügen can be reached in 5 minutes and the Hochzillertal ski resort in Kaltenbach can be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.

Die Zillertalerin - the new apartment house with eight residential units in the heart of Uderns/Tyrol. Be one of our very first guests! Home, heart and comfort. With the scent and the atmosphere of natural materials, Die Zillertalerin welcomes you. Each of the apartments has a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed. Thus, four people can stay overnight (price for 3rd and 4th adult person 25 € / night).

Our spacious apartment "Bergblick" in the Spieljoch apartment offers space for 2-6 people with its two bedrooms with solid wood double beds and two bathrooms. In the large living room with a modern fully equipped kitchen and large wooden dining table and cozy seating, you will certainly feel comfortable. From your own large balcony, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Zillertal Alps.

Host offer for families. Our country house is in a very quiet yet central location. The Hochzillertal, Spieljoch and Hochfügen ski resorts can easily be reached by ski bus from us. In summer, we are an ideal starting point for bike or climbing tours. Golfers can walk to the first tee of the Uderns golf course from us. If you prefer water sports, Lake Achensee offers a varied program!
