The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

Thus, four people can stay overnight (price for 3rd and 4th adult person 25 € / night).

Our apartment is located in the enchanting small community of Hart, on the sunny side of the front Zillertal. Due to its central location, it is the ideal starting point for countless activities.
