It is located in North Tyrol, in the south of the Inn Valley in the Karwendel Silver Region at the foot of the Tuxer Alps with the Gilfert, Hirzer and Wildofen. A fantastic view compensates for the simple standard without a bathroom. The southwest location is the starting point for wonderful mountain hikes in the Karwendel Silver Region or for ski tours in the legendary area around the Gilfert in the west of the Zillertal.

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

Zitadelle – Dream house surrounded by greenery

The solid wood house is located in the middle of Igls, the cozy district of Innsbruck, in the southern low mountain range. The house rests charmingly among the old fruit trees of our garden. The living space is flooded with light and generous. From the sweeping southwest balcony you can see far into the Upper Inn Valley. In the east, the morning sun falls in and you can see the nearby Patscherkofel, the popular local mountain of Innsbruck.

I rent the apartments my grandparents have furnished very lovingly & high-quality. Since they are no longer able to rent them out, I will continue with it. The apartment has about 51 m2.! Ein Supermarkt ist ca. 3 Minuten entfernt, der Radweg führt in unmittelbarer Nähe vorbei. Im Winter ist das Skigebiet am Kolsassberg ideal für Anfänger. Nicht weit entfernt gibt es die Möglichkeit, den Tag kulinarisch im Wellnesshotel Rettenberg ausklingen zu lassen.

Private terrace on the sunny side with BBQ facilities. Underfloor heating and accessible shower ensure a cozy living climate. The Distelberg is known for beautiful hikes & tours by bike, as well as refreshments. We are happy to provide a high chair & a cot.

Inside, on the first floor, a 75 sqm apartment awaits you, which was completely renovated and modernized in 2015. In this unique place, the flair of the old farmhouse meets modern furnishings.
