In one of the oldest areas, our 400 yr old house is located in a very quiet spot but central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery is closeby. The apt has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, with a small bathroom (shower). The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (7€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

We have a great apartment that provides 6 sleeping places (if necessary, you could also use the sofa for additional sleeping places). The great view from the balcony of the mountain scenery of the Alps shows you what a beautiful area you are in. In addition, the proximity to Salzburg is an absolute highlight: 5 minutes by car to the border and 15 minutes to the city center.

Garconniere in private house

We are renting a Garconniere in a private house in Salzburg/Gneis with a kitchenette and bathroom. It is situated in the basement of the house. The house has a nice garden, there is also a place for our guests. The bus nr. 5 is 5 minutes walk away and leads directly into town (12 min) or the train station (23 min). Parking on the street is for free.From here you visit the famous Salzkammergut lakes,St.Wolfgang and Hallstatt in daily tours.

Our Schwalbennest is intended to take you away from the fast-paced everyday life and give you some peace and quiet with the rustic wooden exposed roof truss. The view from the balcony on the top floor shows the Untersberg in Berchtesgaden and the Gaisberg in Salzburg in the background. With only a 2 minute walk into the village center you are close to everything St. Wolfgang has to offer and the hiking trails start right outside the door. There is plenty of public parking about 100m from the house. The price is around 8-10€/24h

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in a rural atmosphere near Salzburg. The other tourist highlights such as Berchtesgaden, Bad Reichenhall, Hallstatt, Salzkammergut and Lake Chiemsee can also be reached quickly by car. Unfortunately, the connection to public transport is poor. Hikes and bike tours can be taken directly from the apartment.
