The vacation home has 50 square meters of living space and 1000 square meters of garden. It is located on the lagoon of Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig and stands out due to the older cottage charm from the remaining new "vacation cubes." Our comfortable, quiet, family-friendly vacation home is located a few meters outside of Lichtenberg, in the immediate vicinity of the "Frankenwaldsee" lake, with a spacious lawn. A circular path around the idyllic lake invites you for walks. From the lake it is approx. 3 minutes to the city of Lichtenberg. Not only beautiful hiking trails, but perfect mountain bike tours can be planned, directly to Bad Steben to the Döbraberg or the nearby Rennsteig.

FeWo LM Hainer See

Unsere Ferienwohnung hat 3 Schlafplätze in der großen Wohnküche und ein voll ausgestattetes Duschbad. Der See ist ca 30m vom haus. Die FeWo liegt im EG und könnte gemeinsam mit FeWo im 1.OG gemietet werden. Der offene, helle Wohn-, Küchen- und Schlafbereich mit unverbautem Blick auf den Hainer See kann zum Mittelpunkt eurer gemeinsamen Urlaubszeit werden. Der Hainer See ist Teil des Leipziger Neuseenlandes und liegt direkt neben der Gemeinde Kahnsdorf in entspannter Umgebung mit viel Natur.

The newly renovated 45 sqm apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the manor house on a partially renovated four-sided courtyard. It offers a fully equipped Zanussi kitchen, a bedroom with a large, cozy double bed and a living room with a large couch and large screen for relaxing movie nights. Outside, a barbecue is available if required, a huge meadow with orchard, stream and access to the lake, optionally with sauna use, please contact me separately for this.
