Beautiful House in the middle of Germany

Feedback of guests: We stayed for 2 nights in this very spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom had very modern fittings including a large walk-in shower. The bed was comfortable and there was an attractive living room. Although the apartment is in a rural area, the town of Halle is within 10 miles and the nearest supermarket is only about 2 miles away. We had a very enjoyable stay in this lovely apart. located in quiet and peaceful surroundings.

40m² - unmittelbare Lage am Markkleeberger See. Keine Minute bis zum Strand. 5 Minuten bis zur Straßenbahn um in 20 Minuten im Zentrum von Leipzig zu sein. Am asphaltierten Rundweg um den See gelegen (9km) - ideal für Jogger oder Inlineskater, sowie alle die sich gern an der frischen Luft bewegen ist die Auszeit an Markkleeberger See perfekt. Die Wohnung bietet optimal Platz für 2 Personen. Aufgrund der Erfahrungen der letzten Jahre vermieten wir nicht mehr an Gäste mit Kindern unter 6 Jahren!

Erholungssuchende erwartet eine sanierte liebevoll eingerichtete ca 40 qm große 1-RWG mit Bad +Dusche und vollausgestatteter Küche, im DG einer familiär geführten Jugendstilvilla. Besonderes Highlight ist die zur Wohnung gehörende 28 qm große Dachterrasse mit Südausrichtung, von welcher man eine schöne Aussicht auf die Umgebung hat. Das Objekt selbst liegt nur 7 Gehminuten vom Kulkwitzer See entfernt (Badesee). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gaststätten und Ärzte sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Haus Sonnenschein am Gröberner See

My place is in the municipality Muldestausee in the district Gröbern. Gröbern is a small town with 800 inhabitants. In 10 minutes you reach the Gröberner See, which invites you to swim and relax. There you can rent bicycles, sub s, boats and fins for a fee in the forest resort. By bike you can explore the entire surroundings from the Wörlitzer Gartenreich to the Goitzsche. Leipzig and Halle are also not far away. The new FOC outlet centre can be reached in 25 minutes.

Bright apartment near fair and BMW, accessible

I rent out a large barrier-free 3-room apartment in Leipzig-Thekla with a huge south balcony and great views of Parthenaue. Everything is available, even for a longer stay. It is a new building. The raw construction look is intentional. First-class transport links with bus, tram 9 and S-Bahn, 15 minutes to the city, 35 minutes to the airport, 200 meters to the lake. Two bicycles can be used, so you are in the city or at the fair in 20 minutes.

Enjoy your exit to a simple life here on the outskirts of Halle with our wonderful animals on your doorstep. Directly 200 meters away you can go swimming in our clear Lake Tonsee in the morning. The giant bathtub of nature brings you a feeling of paradise. With us, you can find peace, experience yourself in the middle of animals or actively help with all farm work. Children are very welcome here and can romp, help and be with animals.
