The house is modernly decorated and the garden offers plenty of space to spread out. In the winter months, it is perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof. In the rest of the year, it is great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more. The sauna and hot tub require preparation. If you want to use them, please let us know after booking. Furthermore, we have a pool that you can use in summer by arrangement.

Free parking is also available in the fenced property and in front of the garage.

There are hiking trails, carriage rides, Thuringian cuisine and much more to discover in the village and the surrounding area. You can use the outdoor sauna for a fee.

The apartment is on the ground floor and can accommodate 2 people. The bathroom is equipped with a large, bidet shower, infrared cabin and underfloor heating. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The washer-dryer is also integrated in this. The high ceilings and large windows give a great sense of space, which is underlined by modern LED lamps. Dim the rooms or set their light temperature as desired.

Luxury apartment with views over Erfurt in the city center

The apartment is located on the first floor in an old storage building of the former horticultural company Benary. The vaulted cellar as the foundation of the house was built at the end of the 16th century. The half-timbered house above it was rebuilt around 1850 and completely renovated in recent years. All interior walls of the outer shell of the house are worked with clay plaster and thus ensure a pleasant indoor climate.
