The garden house is an ideal house for families with children who can safely go up and down stairs. Our property is located on the edge of the village in a beautiful location. There is much to explore in our immediate surroundings: lakes, rocks, castles, museums, and a lot of history such as the Maginot Line and the Bitche Fortress. The benefits of our location: Great nature in the area, our large property with plenty of space to rest, swing, play, grill, sit, lie down. Since October we have a heat pump.

Idyllic tiny house on the edge of the forest, without direct neighbors. The center of Dudweiler with all the necessary shops, bus and train connections is within 10 minutes' walking distance. The university can be reached in 30 minutes on foot, 10 minutes by bus or 8 minutes by car. The tiny house has a spacious bedroom with a double bed overlooking the countryside, a pellet stove for cozy hours, a fully equipped kitchen, a gas grill and a fire pit. The living space is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is the living/kitchen area with wood stove, sofa and wooden table, as well as the small kitchen, which is equipped with a gas hob and refrigerator. The ground floor living room is adjoined by a wooden terrace with seating. On the lower floor there is also the bathroom with shower and toilet. The spacious bedroom on the upper floor is easily accessible via a wooden staircase.

Enjoy the quiet location when you stay at our place. Start the day relaxed with a nice cup of coffee in our garden/conservatory, which can be almost completely opened, so you can sit in the garden even in bad weather. We offer you a master bedroom with a box spring bed (180 × 200). The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 × 200). In the kitchen you will find a fully automatic machine, soda stream and a kettle with tea.
