We invite you to the apartment with its own entrance in the apartment building. With Wi-Fi and TV, also suitable for teenagers. On the terrace you can enjoy the unobstructed view of the beautiful Pellenz, even with a private sun-downer. One parking space is included, others on request.

Parking is available on request right in front of the house. Free also in the side streets.

You will stay centrally located in the Mülheim district. In the immediate vicinity, you will find one of the best restaurants in the region, Restaurant Linde. Just 100 meters away is a small but nice bakery. A few steps further is a nice ice cream shop. In a few minutes by bike you can reach the Rhine with great bike paths towards Koblenz or Andernach.

We give preference for long stays and any guest that stays more than 1 month is asked to pay the monthly electricity bill.
