L'Apartament is definitely a perfect choice for a great stay in Gandia! 40 m2 apartment with Mediterranean comfort on the first floor of the building. Apartment on the second floor of our building, which has a living room-kitchen with access to a small balcony, corner sofa, table and chairs, air conditioning/heating, TV, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and a bedroom area with a large closet and queen-size bed (150x190), with an en-suite bathroom with a large shower and access to a second balcony. Our obsession with attention to detail is evident in every corner of a 40 m2 room, located on the first floor of the building, decorated in a Mediterranean-chic style and fully equipped for your maximum comfort: Living room area with a corner sofa and TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. apps, air conditioning and heating, equipped with a table and chairs to eat comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen area, kitchen utensils, kitchenware for two people, CREATE free-standing refrigerator with freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. From the kitchen you can access a small balcony equipped with an outdoor table and chair. Bedroom area with a large closet and a queen-size bed (150x190), from which you can access the en-suite bathroom with a large shower and a second balcony. Bedroom features a fan in the ceiling. The building does not have an elevator. To get to our "L'Apartament" you have to walk up to the first floor of the building. There is no daily cleaning service/linen change/towels. If required, services may be provided at an additional cost.
