Ich habe zwei Wochen in dem Apartment verbracht und es war wirklich schön! Insbesondere die kompakte Größe, der Innenhof und die vielseitige Ausstattung (Strandutensilien, Babystuhl, Nespresso-Maschine mit Kapseln etc.) haben den Aufenthalt sehr angenehmen gemacht. Ruben war außerordentlich hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und hat mir ein rundum gutes Gefühl gegeben. Die Unterkunft ist 3 min zu Fuß vom Strand entfernt und nahe an Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

This apartment is ideally located for a stay in Benidorm. It is close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself is really charming and the outdoor area was a lovely area to eat breakfast We were met by Jose who gave us clear instructions. Communication was excellent throughout our whole experience. The only down side is as the apartment is so close to the beach it can be noisy at night but that is to be expected. We loved our stay. Thank you Alvaro, Jose and your team.

Lovely villa, very close to lovely bakeries and supermarket. Very easy to drive into Denia House was very clean and comfortable for our family. Swimming pool and gardens are exceptional with plenty of space for kids to run around.

Una de las mejores casas que hemos estado. Ricardo tiene una casa muy bonita, siempre pendiente por si nos faltaba algo y buena comunicación. Disfrutamos mucho de su piscina. Repetiríamos sin duda

El alojamiento es igual que en las fotos. Está ubicado en las montañas y es súper tranquilo, además las vistas son preciosas y es un sitio perfecto si lo que buscas es relajarte y desconectar. Víctor ha sido un anfitrión maravilloso y ha estado todo el tiempo disponible, nos ha recomendado un montón de sitio y ha sido muy atento. En definitiva, es un alojamiento que recomendaría sin dudas a todos aquellos que busquen unas vacaciones tranquilas pero con la opción de hacer planes interesantes como visitar calas o pueblos.

Para nosotros ha sido una estancia de 10. Tuvimos todas las comodidades que se describían, y el anfitrión siempre estuvo atento para cualquier cosa. Pudimos disfrutar del fin de semana de nuestra boda, y hacernos unas fotos preciosas con un castillo de fondo. La zona de jardín con la terraza son geniales, y la piscina estaba impecable y limpia, cosa que aprovechamos con el calor que hacía. Gracias por todo! no dudaremos en volver a elegir está estancia si se da la oportunidad.

Casa muy bonita y bien equipada en un lugar muy tranquilo. La zona exterior con piscina es perfecta para las noches de verano. Ger ha estado muy pendiente para cualquier cosa que pudiéramos necesitar.

Laura es una persona espectacular súper atenta y siempre dispuesta a ayudar o dar indicaciones o recomendaciones. El espacio te invita a quedarte más tiempo del planeado (cosa que hicimos) Lo recomiendo muchísimo para quien quiera desconectar y descansar

Vi havde et fantastisk ophold hos Philip. Bungalowen ligger i de smukkeste bjerge med fantastisk udsigt og ro. Hytten er hyggelig og har alt man har brug for Philip er sød og imødekommende og har mange gode anbefalinger til området. Man føler sig meget velkommen i hans selskab og han er smilende og rar

Wow wow wow! What can I say!??! This was the perfect place to celebrate my 40th with a bunch of friends. The house, pool, hot tub, and sauna were divine. The views couldn't be beat. We had so much fun both hanging out around the house and walking 30 minutes into Calpe to be in town. It is hilly to hike to town, but we did it several times no problem. There are a couple of great restaurants within 10 minutes of walking, too. We had room to park our 3 cars inside the property, too. We loved every minute of this vacation!!

A fantastic villa for a family and for a group of friends - high spec, well maintained and superb facilites

The villa was breathtakingly beautiful. Beyond our expectations. The staff ( Diego and Jorge) were very accommodating and professional. They made us feel at home. The staff responded quickly to any inquires. The location was perfect, close to many restaurants , stores and other interesting locations. The villa was well equipped and comfortable. El apartamento se encuentra en primera línea de playa. Es muy cómodo el acceso a esta. Además está cerca de restaurantes y supermercados, lo que facilita mucho la compra. Además, la terraza cuenta con unas vistas al mar muy bonitas. Alojamiento muy recomendable.

Nos alojamos en este sitio no por placer sino por necesidad ya que vendimos nuestro piso y esperando la nueva casa tuvimos que estar en un lugar del mismo Gandia. Volvimos gracias a Vicente al barrio de nuestras orígenes en Gandia, Vicente fue servicial y atento en todo momento hasta nos facilitó una salida más tarde de lo habitual. Muchas gracias de nuevo!

La casa era muy acogedora, estaba ordenada y limpia, muy espaciosa para toda la familia, el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien se agradece para este calor, el pueblo era muy tranquilo y con una piscina cerca de la casa, la dueña nos dio muchas facilidades para el horario de entrada y salida muy amable por su parte, y lo mejor que pudimos llevara a nuestros perritos, la única pega que podría poner es que la planta baja tenía un poco de olor a humedad pero por lo demás bien, volvería a repetir sin duda.

Der Aufenthalt bei Lucia war eine absolute 10/10. Angefangen bei der Kommunikation vor meiner Reise nach Gandia, die überragend war. Die Wohnung an sich hat eine überragende Lage. Nur wenige Gehminuten zum Strand. Die Wohnung ist top eingerichtet, sehr sehr gemütlich und an Sauberkeit nicht zu überbieten. Uns wurden für den Aufenthalt sogar diverse Softdrinks und Milch in den Kühlschrank gestellt. Außerdem waren einige Sachen zum Frühstück (Toastbrot, Marmelade,…) vorhanden. Begrüßt wurden wir mit Schokohasen, Roche und anderen süßen Aufmerksamkeiten. Während des Aufenthalts ist Lucia stets erreichbar gewesen und war sehr bemüht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wir nur möglich zu gestalten. Check-In / Check-Out sehr sehr einfach gestaltet, egal zu welcher Uhrzeit ihr anreist. Preis unschlagbar für eine Wohnung dieser Art (wir waren vom 25.-04. Mai vor Ort) Einfach eine Wohlfühloase und eine absolute Weiterempfehlung!!!!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Patricia war immer gut zu erreichen und hat uns bei Nachfragen geholfen. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr nah am Strand und der Ort ist super um zu entspannen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Alles super :)
