Holiday rentals with a patio in Sail Bay

We really enjoyed our stay in San Diego! This place was perfect! We had easy access to the beach, and there were lots of nearby restaurants/cafes. It’s a perfect central location and has everything you need for a great stay in San Diego! Our host was very responsive and kind.

This wonderful find was amazing!! Beautiful decor, not cluttered, very clean and everything had a place and easy to find. They made sure that if you forgot something, they had it there for you! Richard literally thought of everything, we were amazed!! Very cozy outside with a lovely fireplace to sit around and beds to sit in the sun 😎 If you stumble across this place, you will not be disappointed ! Thank you Richard for opening up your place to us , your communication and helpfulness during our stay. We will definitely be back!

Unbeatable location - Museum of Contemporary Art and the Cove are both within waking distance. The place is tucked away in a quiet and peaceful spot despite being so close to the cafes, shops and major attractions. Would recommend staying here if solo traveling or in group of 2.

Perfect location if you have small kids! The park is right out your front door with a calm beach attached. We were able to fit our inflatable toddler bed in the room no problem. We would stay here again without hesitation.

We loved this place. even though it was cloudy and windy, the porch was our favorite place to be! We watched Sea Lions, seagulls, pelicans and surfers during our morning coffee and dusk wine sunsets. Location was also great, within 15 to 20 minutes we were able to explore so much during the 3 days we were there. If you can only do a couple of things I suggest spending a couple of hours at the Cabrillo National Monument $20 valid for 7 days, you can hike, visit the monument, light house, tide pools, visitor center, The view is spectacular! Then head to Old Town and ride the 2 hours trolley - hop on and hop off or enjoy the full ride. Mexican food galore or stop by Little Italy for some yummy pizza! It was our first time in San Diego, but we will be back for sure, and hopefully Rick's place will be available! also a bonus, you get to use the garage!

We absolutely loved this place. Very local and calm neighborhood. The patio is so chic and very spacious ❤️. The private garage was exactly what we needed. Our pup felt comfortable and at home. We used all of the amenities and felt at ease with this apartment. It definitely made our trip so much easier and enjoyable. Thank you!

Staying at Jay and Erika’s place was a nice escape from the everyday grind. The super comfortable bed and relaxing hot tub were highlights for me. The place was a good jumping off point for exploring the beaches. I hiked Coronado beach, La Jolla beach and mission to Pacific beaches. Seaside pizza company near pacific beach was great NY style pizza—thin and crispy. Overall, this was a nice reset for me at a peaceful, comfortable spot in San Diego.

This is hands down one of the best stays my husband and I have ever had! Not only was the place super easy to find, but it was well stocked, clean and comfortable. The host, Connie, was extremely kind and flexible with us when our check in was late. She made us feel right at home and the value of the stay far exceeds the price. I highly recommend their granny flat in La Mesa and hope I can come back again very soon!!

Our stay was great! The house is cozy on the inside and the out and in a great area that’s super close to the beach and night life. Would recommend.

Erik's Airbnb is in a great location. Close to everything. Mainly booked since it was a block away from my parents house and we were able to host a dinner and sit by the fire. Definitely would book again!

Such a beautiful place, very well taken care of. Absolutely perfect for my family including my baby, two toddlers and two dogs. Adam was a great host and very responsive with recommendations. The perfect location for all of our needs. We loved it and will absolutely be saving this house for future stays!

My stay here was exactly how I wanted it to be. The home was very clean and had a lot of necessities like cookware, silverware, shower products, and so much more! Everything was super neat and organized. The bed was extremely comfy. The host was very easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed, also made sure all our questions were answered. I am looking forward to staying here again when I return to San Diego. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is thinking about staying here. You definitely get your moneys worth.

This Airbnb has everything that you could possibly need and while it is a studio, it's actually roomy. There's a large, very comfortable king-size bed, but it doesn't feel like it takes up a lot of space. The couch is a pull-out bed as well, and it’s long enough to for somebody that's 5'6” or smaller to be able to sleep on it. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need including ice cube trays and a light underneath the microwave. So, it feels homey. There's a bar that has five chairs facing the strandway where you can see the glimpses of the ocean. There are plenty of plugs for gadgets. There's a closet that has all kinds of linens. Anything you could possibly need from extra blankets to extra pillows, extra towels. In the kids' room, there are bunk beds that are large enough for an adult to sleep on the bottom (5’6” or shorter). The bathroom is has nice lighting and a window that opens up the street. The patio outside has plenty of space for two to three people to sit.

Great place. Easy check-in with door code. Beautiful views from the backyard. Enjoyed the sea world fireworks at night from the back patio. We were there for baseball at the University of San Diego and it was an easy short drive to the field. Starbucks and Sprouts store were very close for coffee and snacks. Primary shower is wonderful! Would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Beds are comfy, bathrooms have premium fixtures and the kitchen is well stocked and gorgeous. The two bottles of wine were such an appreciated touch. Plenty of TVs and the outdoor spaces were great too. I highly recommend this place!

We loved staying at this house! It was perfect for our family of four—super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The space was really comfortable and felt like a home away from home. The location was great too—close to everything but still nice and quiet. The little touches throughout the house made a big difference, and the host was awesome—super friendly and easy to communicate with. We had such a great time and would definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed staying at Vivian's place and it worked just fine for my purposes. I was in town for a conference and the home is about a 20 minute walk to the convention center. The apartment was well appointed and I appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer. The home is in a quiet area of the city and fairly residential. There weren't many people walking around when I was coming back at night, which did give me pause as a solo female traveler, however I found the surroundings to be safe and had no problems.

Our stay in San Diego was truly memorable, thanks in large part to this fantastic condo. Its central location made it easy to explore everything the city has to offer—SeaWorld, the zoo, museums, Liberty Station, and the beaches—all just a short drive away. One of the highlights for our two-year-old was watching planes take off and land nearby, which added an extra layer of excitement to our trip. The condo was one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in it truly made us feel at home. The hosts were incredibly kind, responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again—thank you for a wonderful experience!

Amazing stay for me and my boyfriend! The location is central enough to everything we wanted to do and see here in sd. The space was clean, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed! Instructions are listed clearly and communication with Nick was always quick n reliable! There’s some pretty significant construction out in front of the building, so street parking was a bit tricky since the parking space provided in the garage couldn’t accommodate our truck - but that was just a minor inconvenience for our ginormous rental lol.

location was perfect. peaceful. close to beach and shops. liked the layout of apartment. spacious not cluttered. easy to maintain.. appreciated having free netflix and amazon prime. .Lastly Cassandra, generous host. allowed extra time for checkout.

Great and beautiful place! So close to the beach! Had all the amenities except a kitchen sponge for dishes. The cleaning crew came a day before check out, which was a little uncomfortable.. but overall the location and place were great and the host was so nice and responsive!

Loved the place and location. Very safe and parking in a secured garage. It felt very homey and would definitely go back.
