Holiday rentals with beach access in Saint-Avé

We were very well received by Odile. Very clean and very well-equipped accommodation. We had a great stay with sea views. Occasionally, we'll come back.

The view is exceptional on the sea and the interior in boat style make you really feel like you're on it😊. Super clean and well maintained, easy contact. In short, nothing to complain about, I would recommend it in a second.

Very well located apartment with all the necessary comforts to spend a pleasant weekend. We were able to discover the city and the region easily. Communication with Sophie is very easy; Sophie is a very nice host; we followed these restaurant and walking recommendations: great I recommend it!

Ideal accommodation for couples to visit the Morbihan golf course. 5 minutes' walk from the beach. Very nice corner for hiking, walks.

This is the second time we have stayed at Florence's and it is always a pleasure, because we feel good in this warm, ideally located and very clean apartment. Laurence welcomes us into her living space and it is important for us to respect it. She is always reachable, available and flexible on the arrival time. There will probably be a next time :)

Cécile puts a lot of heart into welcoming her guests and this is reflected in the details of the equipment and cleanliness. You can walk to the old town or to the boat boarding dock to the Gulf Islands. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. Thank you very much Cécile and see you soon!

Apartment with a lot of charm and character, very pleasant to live in, very comfortable, very quiet, bathed in light with its (numerous) large windows offering a magnificent view of the cathedral and the half-timbered houses...I highly recommend it!

Wonderful stay in Brittany. Marie Claude's place is extremely pleasant. Spotless cleanliness and amenities. Its location is perfect for cruising the Golf du Morbihan. Marie Claude is very welcoming and friendly. I'd recommend it without a second thought.

The stay went very well. Charming and warm house. Very nice bedding. On Cécile's advice we took great walks on the surrounding trails. Small shops nearby. And the nice weather as a bonus to top it all off. We'll be happy to come back!

Laurence's house is ideally located. The terrace is a real joy when the sun is obviously there (but Laurence can't help it). We had a great weekend and will return with great pleasure. Laurence was very responsive to our requests beforehand, she is a host you can count on.

The house corresponded to the description, you immediately had a wow effect. Everything was clean and as shown in the photos. Good location for southern Brittany. Serge was a good host, always quickly accessible and also on site if there were problems. We highly recommend this property.

We had a lovely week at Gabrielle's house, very pleasant and well located on the island. Small sunny exterior despite the low spring sun. Clean, functional and warm interior. We will be back.

We had a great stay at the Manoir de Toulvern farm. The house, beautifully renovated, is very comfortable in a beautiful and very quiet place. The place is ideal for enjoying the Gulf of Morbihan. We had a very friendly and attentive welcome from our hosts who gave us clear instructions. Everything was perfect and we highly recommend this place!

Beautiful new house, tastefully decorated and fully fenced , perfectly matching the photos and description on the site . In 3 words:: Everything was perfect! We really appreciated Simon's welcome, his quick responsiveness , never waiting for a response or a request . He's a just adorable host who does and will do everything to make us happy . Note that his dad is also very kind because he put the small fence near the garage to "close" the palisade so that the land is fully fenced , happiness for us who had a small dog!! Rental not to be missed under any circumstances , happiness, the sweetness of time , kindness are in Theix Noyalo! If Simon could have other pretty houses to rent: with your eyes closed , we would sign!!!!!!

Very well located accommodation in Carnac, and in all respects in line with what is advertised. Samuel is very responsive, and full of good advice. I came for work so I didn't enjoy the seaside much, but already knowing Carnac and its surroundings well, I was able to appreciate the relevance of his advice. Thank you for the little touches!
