The beaches are 10 minutes away as well as the pier for the islands of the Gulf of Morbihan. Shops are within walking distance in less than 5 minutes.

Nous vous accueillons dans notre studio tout équipé de 20m2 pour y passer un agréable séjour dans la commune de Saint-Avé située à l’entrée des portes de Vannes. Il est équipé d’une petite cuisine, d’un coin salon/chambre, et d’une salle d’eau avec WC. Une terrasse privative ainsi qu’un petit jardinet accompagne ce studio. Attention, pour accéder au studio vous avez par deux fois, deux petites marches.
