We spent a weekend there with friends and our 4-legged friends and enjoyed Laurine's house. 5 minutes' walk from the tram that crosses Nantes, 5 minutes' walk from the shopping center and for our 4-legged friends a park to walk in! an address to remember!

A great weekend at Élise's! The house really offers very comfortable services. Everything is clean , well decorated , nothing missing, everything is well thought out! A very nice exterior, the big plus is the covered pool + covered terrace!!! There's plenty of games for the kids . I recommend this place 200%. We arrived in total, autonomy and met Nicolas a little later in the evening who showed us around this beautiful estate. The meeting with the horses as well as the chickens ( thank you again for the fresh eggs) were very much appreciated by our son! The place is very quiet and peaceful, it changes us from our downtown habit. Nicolas was very welcoming and warm with us, as well as our son . The place met our expectations as in the photos (moreover better in real terms than in photos! ) highly recommend you to future occupants! we had a fab stay here. Everything we needed for a relaxing break. Liz was very responsive and helpful when needed. The pool was lovely in the heat. The house stayed very cool in 33 degrees heat which was great when hot outside. Having access to a washing machine was great.

First of all, Pierrick is a very nice person, very smiling and friendly! The place is peaceful and relaxing. I slept like a baby and what happiness the landscape when I woke up. I took a Jacuzzi session, it did me a lot of good and I was quiet there. The breakfast prepared by Pierrick has a lot more for me. Thanks!

A warm and authentic home where it's good to gather as a family. A spacious kitchen with large countertops and a well-appointed living room for convivial moments. The environment of the marsh is peaceful and the view is really beautiful from the very well kept garden.

Very well located apartment, close to trams and the city (and Maillé Brézé). Clear directions, very easy to find accommodation. Clean and cool accommodation (very pleasant in case of high heat like our hot weekend). Very well-equipped, we have nothing! A big plus is the secure garage for the car (we did all our trips by tram, on foot or by bus). The photos are quite representative of reality. Flexible host (thank you very much), smiling, and very welcoming. It's an address I'll keep in mind if we come back as a couple.

We had a lovely stay here, it's a shame that we couldn't stay for longer. Very dog friendly and the room was very cosy.

Absolutely gorgeous apartment centrally located in Nantes. Large space beautifully decorated. High ceilings and bright large windows throughout. Spacious. Well appointed kitchen, bedrooms and two nice bathrooms. The place was so comfortable in every way for our small group. The location provides easy walking to many wonderful restaurants as well as access to public transportation. If arriving late make sure to get clear instructions on retrieval of keys as host is not on site.

Excellent accommodation!!! Extremely clean, sheets and towels available. Just the parking space where my had a little trouble finding. But otherwise there's nothing to say. We had all the information we needed to access the listing. I recommend it!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very pleasant stay in a house with neat decoration. The garden is beautifully arranged and not overlooked. Antonin welcomed us very warmly and was very responsive. The area is very quiet. I would definitely recommend.
