We had a pleasant stay. The house is very well located and very well furnished. The entrance is on the street but the rooms are at the back, so it is extremely quiet. The veranda and the small terrace are a plus for this accommodation located in the city.

A really nice little house for 2 people. Very well located with the path in front that leads directly to the beach. Peaceful place (off-season in any case), very accommodating host. You just need to plan to change the vacuum cleaner. We are delighted with our stay.

We spent a wonderful weekend discovering the charms of the Marais and the north of the Vendee. The setting is peaceful and refreshing, with plenty of activities nearby. We enjoyed local specialties like brioche and oysters, and ended our stay with nice billiards at the accommodation — a real pleasure! The location, close to Sables d’Olonne and close to our wedding location was great. Beautiful architect house with great volumes and space. Very quiet place with a big garden, beautiful Swimming pool and jacuzzi. Everything is there to have a great stay. Our hosts, Celine and Pascal have been very nice, welcoming us, answering all our questions. Thank you to both of you for your availability. Great apartment with great views, a large pool is located in the complex, the private secure parking is worth a lot. Elisabeth was always reachable. Most restaurants on this side of the harbor are about 15 minutes' walk away. You can easily take a ferry to the other side in just a few minutes for €1.10 per trip or €3 for a day ticket with unlimited trips.

It is a fantastic house that calls for relaxation and shared pleasure with friends Beautiful performance between the decor, the facilities such as the summer kitchen open to the garden, this beautiful swimming pool and this small bowling alley to finish spending a beautiful evening with friends... A warm and authentic home where it's good to gather as a family. A spacious kitchen with large countertops and a well-appointed living room for convivial moments. The environment of the marsh is peaceful and the view is really beautiful from the very well kept garden.

We had a wonderful stay in this charming cottage! The location is really fantastic - once you cross the promenade, you are right on the beach. You can start walks from there and see the sunset in the evening. The house itself is functionally furnished. The two terraces, one to the front and one to the back, are great. However, a small downside is the layout of the rooms: the toilet is on the ground floor, while the bedrooms are upstairs. This can be a bit impractical at night, especially for families with small children or for people with reduced mobility. Overall, however, a really great holiday home, which we would like to recommend – and will certainly visit again!

The apartment is very well located in the city center and 5 minutes' drive to the beach. Communication with Quentin is great.

Beautiful house close to Port Joinville but far enough away to be really quiet. The house is very beautiful and tastefully decorated. The equipment is complete. Our entire group of 9 adults had a great stay.

We spent 3 days in this listing. It matches the photos and description. It is very well equipped, VERY well located, facing the sea and close to shops. We were hosted very well and our hosts were able to perfectly adapt to our arrival and departure times. I highly recommend this listing!
