Charming single-storey house located in the typical village of Le Vieil. You'll love the peace and quiet of the house and the 5-minute walk (400 m) to the pretty beaches of Mardi Gras and Le Vieil. The village centre and its shops are just a 3-minute walk away: supermarket with bakery, tobacconist's and newsagent's, restaurant, bar, Saturday market (from 8 July to 26 August). The centre of Noirmoutier can be reached in 8 minutes by bike and 5 minutes by bus (free service in summer).

The house includes a spacious 42 m² living room, 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6/7 beds, a large bathroom with walk-in shower and a beautiful outdoor area with 90 m² of terrace, which can accommodate a dining area and a relaxation area (sunbathing/lounge sofa), all with a beautiful garden.
