In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

Cozy nest in the heart of the Brière Natural Park

Come and spend some time disconnected in a natural and relaxing setting near the marshes. Although the neighborhood is very quiet, you can sometimes hear the hum of a lawnmower or the games of neighboring children. My house is 200 m from the marshes. You are 8.5 km from the coast of Saint Nazaire, 14 km from Pornichet and 17 km from La Baule. Outbuilding in my garden accessible independently. Wi-Fi available but very low speed. Place to park in the path along my gate.

Plain pied : salon/séjour (convertible 140x190) avec cuisine aménagée ouverte, 1 chambre (lit 180x200), petite salle d'eau attenante et petit WC indépendant. Équipements supplémentaires : compartiment congélateur, accès wifi, 2 vélos adultes. Les draps des lits sont fournis. L'électricité et le chauffage électrique sont en suppléménts.

Typical maisonette (BF directory), stone exterior, "tiny house" all wood interior: a cozy nest of 20 m2 in the shade of the large tree. Bonus: bathtub to cool off by the window overlooking the garden! Garden (fully enclosed) ideal for a nap or a meal under the big tree. + bicycles safely. We may run into each other, but I'm very discreet! A stay in "pause" mode in perspective.
