Ancien Musée de la Marionnette, cette partie de Chaumière mitoyenne est typiquement Brièronne. Exposition idéale pour profiter des extérieurs, avec son jardin clos. Au rdc pièce de vie comprenant coin cuisine et séjour ( un BZ pour 2 couchages ) avec accès au jardin. À l’étage (escalier un peu raide) une chambre, avec salle d’eau ouverte et Wc ouvert . Proche de la Côte, Guérande, la Roche Bernard, au Cœur de la Briere pour de belles balades. Attention linge de maison pas prévu

Maisonnette typique (répertoire BF), en pierres à l'extérieur, "tiny house" tout en bois à l'intérieur : un nid douillet de 20 m2 à l'ombre du grand arbre. Petit+ : baignoire pour se rafraîchir au bord de la fenêtre donnant sur le jardin ! Jardin (entièrement clos) idéal pour une sieste ou un repas sous le grand arbre. Nous pouvons nous y croiser, mais je suis très discrète ! Un séjour en mode "pause" en perspective... Vélos en sécurité Linge et draps sont fournis.

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.
