In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

Le salon donne accès à une terrasse sur pilotis d’où vous pourrez pécher, admirer la faune et flore incroyable de ce lieu et contempler les couchers de soleil unique. Vous aurez deux chambres indépendantes et une salle de bain. Votre séjour sera une parenthèse avec dame nature et vous serez au calme. Bon séjour les pieds dans l'eau :)

We welcome you in a small house of 40 m2 in front of ours (separated by a terrace of 8 to 10 m). You will stay in a large room comfortably furnished, overlooking a terrace at your disposal (we do not use it when you are present, excluding cleaning/watering), with sleeping on mezzanine. Shower room, sink and separate toilet. The electric heater is completed by a wood stove (wood provided) .
