Direct access to the Ski Amadé ski area in winter. In summer, you'll find sports and leisure facilities in our garden or many excursion destinations can be reached by car in a short time. We don't offer any fancy bells and whistles, just a place with uncomplicated atmsphere to recharge and enjoy the simple life.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. The new and modern luxury chalet DasKoeniglich for twelve people blends harmoniously into the alpine landscape. Five exclusive bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms, offer optimal privacy for enjoying your vacation. Our house is located on the sunny mountain of Leogang. The ski lifts are only 100 meters from the apartment. In front of the house is your car parking space. The apartment is reached via an external staircase (slope!). The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds (1 crib is also possible). There is also a pull-out couch in the apartment. The sunny terrace overlooking the Leogang stone mountains or the Leogang grass mountains is an absolute highlight.

Chalet Lerch

"Chalet Lerch" is located in St. Johann im Pongau and offers beautiful mountain views. The two-story property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and three guest WCs, accommodating up to 13 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, heating, and cable TV. You also have access to a private sauna. A baby cot and high chair are available.

Located in unspoiled nature, right on the edge of the forest or Fischbach. The spacious accommodation of approx. 120 m² is located on one level with a separate house entrance. On the 4000 m² private property there is also a small barn with dwarf goats, a well, a Troad box and the landlord's house.
