Holiday rentals with an accessible-height bed in Saint Johns River

We absolutely loved this place. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen area was so nice, and the whole apartment was spotless. The place is basically brand new, and located in the heart of Sebastian on the river. Brian is super quick to respond and was able to help us start our trip one day early! I'll definitely be staying again for the holidays and whenever we visit family local to the area!

Stayed here for 2 nights and will definitely be coming back! Walking distance from restaurants and bars. 2 minutes drive to down town Mount Dora and the area is peaceful and quite! Extremely clean and beautifully decorated room with updated appliances. My favorite part is the back patio for when you come back from having a long day adventuring and just want to sip some wine

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication easy from start to finish.

We loved staying at Sara's place! She provided clear check in/out instructions and was very responsive. The apartment was clean and looks just like the pictures. We started every morning and ended every evening on the balcony that over looks the pool. Conveniently located near everything on our agenda. We highly recommend and look forward to our next visit to Tampa and stay at Sara's!

It was a very clean space with most everything new. They did a great job communicating check in and out instructions and were very helpful. It is in a party part of town so a weekend night is a little noisy, but that’s to be expected on a Clearwater weekend. Great place and a good price.

Excellent downtown location! Easy to park. The unit was clean and comfortable. We found the bed too soft for our liking. The Host was very responsive, twice we had to alter our vacation date due to a family medical emergency and Brightwild was kind and quick to accommodate!

Super awesome beach location that albeit is shared with other guests, is tucked away, nice and quiet. And Kayla was super flexible for us, very responsive and just as nice as she could be! Absolutely would stay again.

The place is really exceptional truly lives up to its name. It was very clean, very tidy, and the atmosphere is absolutely pleasant. They also offer lovely little touches like coffee, teas, and other refreshments that make the experience even more enjoyable. But the best part is the impeccable cleanliness and the warm, attentive way the host responds to everything. I highly recommend it 100%!

Sandra’s house was absolutely perfect. Beautiful, clean, and cozy — exactly what we were looking for. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and you can tell the space is cared for with love. The location was great, and everything worked flawlessly. Sandra was also an amazing host — kind, responsive, and made everything incredibly easy for us. We truly felt at home and would 100% stay here again. Highly recommended!

This beach house was perfect for us! Plenty of space for the 9 of us and our dog. Gorgeous view from balcony and easy, quick access to the beach. Home has a wonderful laid back beach vibe and is fully stocked with everything you need - tons of beach gear, chairs, surfboards, and towels. Great outdoor patio area and grassy backyard leads directly to the beach. Loved having a double washer and dryer. Hosts were very accommodating and responsive to all of our questions and needs. Fun house and great stay!

Everything was great. Very clean, great amenities, many choices of seating areas, spacious kitchen. Hot tub was a delight. Crystal clear instructions to check in/out etc. My brother, his fiancée, and I flew in after a death in our family and this place worked out perfectly to be in the area close to our uncle. Quick response time from the host. The communication from the host was good, but also so frequent to the point where we felt it was over the top and was interrupting our experience. I don’t love when they message and call multiple times to ask for a 5 star review after you’ve checked out, but the actual stay was great so I rate 5 stars.

INCREDIBLE. This home was a mile beyond any other place we have stayed. It was exactly as described and yet exceeded every expectation. It is obvious Rosa has taken great pride to make this a 5-star stay. The real gem is the pool and hot tub. The backyard had it all and was perfect for family fun or a night time soak. Thanks for a fabulous, fun-in-the-sun week!

We wanted a beach visit after our family spent the week at Disney. It’s a quick easy drive from Orlando. You can’t beat the location of the home! Thanks for allowing us to stay!

Went for Rockville so didn't have a lot of time in the house, but the beds were great and the dining room table accommodated the 6 of us and our bounty from Buc-cees. Pool in the back looked nice and the couches were comfortable too

Perfect for what I was looking for. Owner was great, always available if you needed anything. Very friendly, small building. Quiet in the evening and mostly during the day as well. Brand new pool and deck opened when I was there. Donald will be hearing from me the next time I will be in town. Thanks!

Excelente lugar para pasar unos días de descanso. En lo personal no eligiria otro lugar para hospedarme en esta zona. El lugar es mejor que lo que se ve en las fotos. increíblemente equipado, inclusive para la vida de playa. La zona es muy tranquila pero a su vez cerca de lugares para comer o realizar alguna compra del día. Y el acceso a la zona más comercial, en el continente, a 10 minutos. Un hospedaje perfecto.

We had the most absolutely amazing time. The condo was clean, organized and spacious for the 4 of us. We could have had another couple stay with us. Access to the community pool just steps from our doorstep was convenient. We could also take a short 5-10 min walk to the waterpark, or drive 2 mins around the corner. We had. 10-15 min drive to the Disney parks, and shopping/restaurants were just a short drive away. There wasn’t anything that we wished we had while we were there, and having laundry on site was a life saver for us when we had been gone from home, and driven from Canada to be there. Very smooth and wonderful place to stay. Definitely recommend

This was our second time staying here and it is an excellent location when we are in town to visit my family. Love the location and proximity to the beach and restaurants. Love the space to bring in family for dinners or to hang out.

Nos encantó hospedarnos en este Airbnb! Maria José me ayudó a confirmar si había recibido un pedido cuando no estaba en casa, y me quedé super tranquila. El departamento es precioso, espacioso y bien decorado. La cocina completísima, hasta aceite y especias para poder cocinar. Estas a 10 minutos en auto de Disney, a 25 de Universal, y a 15 de los Oulets. En el complejo de enfrente hay un Walmart y muchas tiendas. En fin, recomendadísimo, y cuando vuelva ya se donde hospedarme!!

A great, reasonably priced condo close to the excitement of Clearwater Beach but far enough away to feel quiet and secluded. We loved sitting on the balcony in the evening. The bed was firm and comfortable. The studio supplied all we needed for a great weekend at the Sugar Sand Festival! We will be back!

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at New Smyrna Beach. We stayed in unit 201, of the Southwind Condos. The condo was decorated beautifully, it was fully stocked with everything we could need, and it was very clean. The view from the condo was amazing. We had an ocean view from almost every window and we were only steps away from the beach. Our host Martin was very informative and made everything so easy. He communicated with us before, during, and after our stay. Martin made checking in and out so easy. He also made sure to keep us updated on any possible issues that might arise during our visit. I would recommend staying in this condo to anyone who is vacationing in New Smyrna Beach. I look forward to staying there in the future. So many fun things to do in the area and great restaurants to eat at. Thank you Martin for being an amazing host.
