The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

Come and recharge your batteries for a few days in an authentic, renovated and comfortable cottage in the middle of the Brière Regional Park and its marsh. 30 minutes by car from Croisic and La Baule, 15 minutes from Guérande and its salt marshes, you can walk and bike in a landscape ranging from the serenizing countryside to the invigorating ocean. Bed, bath and kitchen linen is provided. This accommodation has a WiFi connection.

Three new quiet houses in Kermouraud in the heart of Brière on the Guérande peninsula await you for two or four people. Spaces of nearly 50 m2 with small gardens. Everything is new. The kitchens are fully equipped (induction, oven, dishwasher, fridge, washer-dryer...). Connected 4K TV (Canal+, Netflix…) A large upstairs bedroom with a 180 x 200 bed – a 160 x 200 sofa bed downstairs – the bathroom is up to disabled standards.

Stone cottage with terrace and parking. It consists of a living room, dining area, equipped kitchen open to the living room. A bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed, a storage shelf with small wardrobe area, a bathroom (walk-in shower) with vanity and toilet. Upstairs, a small attic bedroom with two single beds, a small dresser and storage drawers under a bed.

Le Petit Cocon Baulois: Small studio in the heart of the city

Refurbished studio. You are 3 minutes from the train station on foot, in the city center with a nearby beach. You will find onsite a sofa convertible into a 2-seater bed with connected TV and Bbox fiber. It's a small studio located on the 4th floor with elevator in a beautiful residence. All shops nearby, market, convenience stores, restaurants and the beach.
