In order to enjoy the surrounding nature, there are no curtains throughout the accommodation (except the downstairs bedroom) & no TV. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from Saint Lyphard (Intermarché, Bakery, Pub)/10 minutes from the sea (Mesquer)/10 minutes from Guérande. The accommodation can accommodate 4 adults and includes: 2 bedrooms each with a bed (160 x 200) Heating type: pellet stove & electric.

"Les Petites Poules" Studio

Relax in this cozy little nest in the heart of the Brière Regional Natural Park, 5 minutes from the village of Kerhinet, 10 minutes from Guérande and 20 minutes from La Baule (by car). A wooden terrace and outdoor space await you for lunch, strolling or resting. We welcome you for a stay as a couple, or for solo or business travelers. Sheets, towels and dish towel provided. On foot, by car, by bike, by boat, by carriage, come and discover the richness of this corner of paradise.

Warm layout with terrace and garden, sunny in the morning and shaded in the afternoon. Two bedrooms: the first (140 x 190 bed) and the second with 2 x 80 x 190 convertible into a double bed) a single bed can be added. Small vacation home with lots of character built in 2014 on a pleasant wooded plot 300 m from the beach and 400 m from the village with all amenities. Functional and easy to live in on sunny days, comfortable and warm in the off season, we furnished it in the spirit of a 1960s seaside resort. An ideal place to recharge your batteries but also visit the Guérandaise Peninsula, the Brière, the Gulf of Morbihan or Belle-Ile-en-Mer (from La Turballe).

Situated in a peacefull hamlet made with stones, far from any busy roads, at the gates of Brittany "Les prés de la Janais" has a vast property of 20 000 m2, including a large garden, a pound, an apple orchard, an undergrowth, a pasture, and playgroup for kids (trampoline, guntry, turnstile). A small brook and a communal road delimit our property. The site is surrounded by organic pasture, and the biodiveristy is very riche.
