Quatres chèvres partagent notre jardin dans un espace clos. Nous dormirez dans un studio indépendant (toilettes et salle de bain privées). La cuisine est commune et dans la maison. Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Located in the countryside close to all amenities, 12 min from downtown Niort, 20 min from the Poitevin marsh, 50 min from La Rochelle, 1 hour from the beaches and Puy du Fou Futuroscope. Our accommodation is located among animals with panoramic views of the wallabies and deer park. A visit to the parks is possible

100 m2 house with pool access in summer. Kitchen, living room, dining room and toilet on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. In the countryside, quiet, 1 min from the golf course. After 6 years of life, the vacation rental is appreciated mainly for its cleanliness, equipment and calm. Beds are made and towels are available. The summer swimming pool under shelter is located in the adjoining garden and is private to you every day from 2pm to 7pm.

Located in the heart of Les Deux-Sevres, Le Presbytère des Groseillers, is perfectly placed to shine between the Gâtine, Parthenay, Niort, Marais Poitevin, La Rochelle, La Vendee and Puy du Fou. In addition to the surrounding countryside and the stream of L'Autize, hosts can enjoy on site painting exhibitions and musical instruments (piano, guitar, percussion). It's the perfect place to meet with friends or family, stay in peace and recharge!

In a green setting we offer a quiet, warm, self-contained loft, a short walk from the city center, close to shops and 20'walk to the SNCF train station. We have kept the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bikes or motorcycles only, firewood...). On 40M² we host independently from 1 to 4 people (a queen bed, a 130 sofa bed).

Welcome to Jean-Luc and Momo's, we can accommodate up to 6 people. We are 2 km from the town, where there is a lake with swimming, children's games and a bowling green, a grocery store, a bar, a pharmacy, a bakery. The cottage is 5 km from the golf course, 1 hour from La Rochelle, Futuroscope, Puy du Fou, Planet of the Apes, 40 minutes from Marais Poitevin and hiking trails.

Take a break in the countryside, we are 20 minutes from the Poitevin marsh 1 hour from Poitiers and La Rochelle 1 hour 15 minutes from Futuroscope and 1 hour 30 minutes from Puy du Fou.
