The house is very well kept. Beautiful services, a beautiful pool, full of nice little corners to chat or read. I think spending a week with family this summer would be a real little paradise. I recommend it without a problem. You won't be disappointed.

A warm and authentic home where it's good to gather as a family. A spacious kitchen with large countertops and a well-appointed living room for convivial moments. The environment of the marsh is peaceful and the view is really beautiful from the very well kept garden.

An exceptional family stay in the Baptistin cottage, Everything is designed so that we can evolve with ease, even in large numbers. Activities for both the youngest and adults, various games, indoor swimming pool and relaxation on the terrace. Bathroom and toilet adjoining each of the rooms, the must! Another beautiful extended weekend with the family in the Marais, where the weather allowed us to enjoy swimming and the outdoors. The house has everything you need and is very well prepared before our arrival. It is with great pleasure that we have returned and will return again.

Our stay with Bruno was fantastic. We were in France for family visits and this cottage was by far the perfect place to stay. Everything was in good order: from the beds, to the kitchen, bathroom, living room with large TV and garden with even a BBQ present. It all looked new and tidy. Our host Bruno was very warm before and during our trip and responded quickly to our questions. All in all, it was a nice experience. Absolutely recommended!

We had a great time in this completely refurbished house: everything is clean, modern and perfectly equipped, there is absolutely nothing missing inside. Marine was very available and responsive throughout our stay, always quick to respond to our messages. It's a place you feel really good in, and for sure: we'll come back and rent again without hesitation!

Fantastic place, modern, well thought out, clean and super well equipped, you feel good there immediately. The sea is just a stone's throw away with direct access to the beach, and enjoy the magnificent sunsets from the terrace. Don't forget to collect shells at low tide, while respecting the regulations. Don't close the upstairs bedroom blind because waking up with a sea view is amazing! We had a great stay at Marion's, who spoiled us! The place is beautiful, 5 minutes walk from the Chabotterie, in a natural setting. The apartment is new and tastefully furnished, and above all equipped with all the necessary accessories (toothbrushes, coffee, towels, shampoo and soap etc. Better than in many hotels) Marion is absolutely adorable, in short, we will come back with great pleasure.

Another year, another unforgettable stay at La Cana. We absolutely love the peaceful atmosphere, the stunning ocean views, and the swing that keeps the kids entertained for hours. The whole place has such a relaxed, welcoming vibe that makes it easy to unwind. David is a fantastic host—always responsive, though we rarely needed to reach out since the home is so well-equipped and the instructions are clear and thorough. We’d definitely love to come back again next year. Thank you once again, David, for being such a thoughtful and reliable host!
