In a green and quiet setting Valerie and Yves welcome you to their house with independent entrance and large terrace located in the countryside on the hiking circuit around Lake Grand Lieu, 15 minutes from Planète Sauvage, <30 minutes from Nantes, 30 minutes from the first beaches, one hour from Puy du Fou, train station 15 minutes away. The house is converted into a cozy little nest with modern comforts + private parking. It's great for a couple or family of 4. German and English spoken.

Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. Its privileged geographical location is halfway between Nantes and Pornic (30 minutes) and 5 minutes from the Planète Sauvage Zoo. It is located in the center of Sainte-Pazanne and is close to all amenities on foot. New since November 2024, this residence offers a living/night area with a double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The entrance is autonomous and independent.

Our house is near the Loire river ("La Loire à vélo"), the ocean and Nantes. We have an independant apartment, perfect for couples and solo travelers. Quiet in a garden surrounded by stone walls. Possibility to park bikes in a garage (under owners' responsability).
