This stylish place to stay is perfect for groups, families, friends and colleagues. I invite you to discover this very quiet and pleasant place to stay. Guests can take advantage of the large swimming pool, sauna and many games available. The house has been designed so that, summer and winter, our guests can have a pleasant and unique time. The accommodation is located 45 minutes from Futuroscope, 45 minutes from La Rochelle, 10 minutes from Niort and 25 minutes from Marais Poitevin.

Close to the city center, 500 m from the military school and 1500 m from the train station. Free shuttle 50 m away. I offer a private apartment on the ground floor of a main house. Private entrance. Sheets provided Shower room + separate toilet. Equipped independent kitchen (microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle). The washing machine is available to share with the owner. The owner has access to the boiler room adjoining the kitchen. Access to the veranda, green space and terrace.

Just 10 minutes from Niort and major highways, come and stay in an apartment inspired by Monica's from the legendary Friends tvshow. In this beautifully renovated outbuilding, you'll have access on the ground floor to a “Central Perk”- style relaxation area, and upstairs to a spacious family apartment. In addition to the high ceilings, exposed beams and stonework, you'll find plenty of references to my favorite tv show and a 90's mood !

The Presbytère des Groseillers-79 gîte

Located in the heart of Deux-Sèvres, Le Presbytère des Groseillers is perfectly placed to radiate between Gâtine, Parthenay, Niort, the Poitevin marsh, La Rochelle, La Vendée and Le Puy du Fou. In addition to the surrounding countryside and the Autize stream, guests can enjoy on-site painting exhibitions and musical instruments (piano, guitar, percussion). It's the perfect place to meet with friends and family, stay in peace and relax!

Small 24 m² apartment on the ground floor of a small building renovated in 2024/2025. The kitchen is fully equipped and very functional if you want to cook. The sofa bed is new and very comfortable (I tested it :)) Very central, you will be a 5-minute walk from the market, the abbey and the ENSOA. Close to all shops, you can do anything on foot. Only 1.1 km from the SNCF train station, it will take you about 15 minutes to get there.
