Nordic pool and Motoball stadium 10 minutes' walk. Market in the city center on Thursday and Sunday mornings. Paris Bordeaux (A10) 10 min, Poitiers TGV station 15 min.

Large independent design loft of 180 m2 with outdoor space of 100 m2 in a renovated old wine cellar (artist's house). You will relax by the fireplace, share a friendly moment thanks to the large lunch table, its fully equipped kitchen and the comfort of its sleeping arrangements in the bedroom or mezzanine (1m under the ceiling). In summer, you will enjoy the terrace and its kitchen with plancha. Access to the heated pool, by common courtyard, between June 1 and September 15.

This refurbished cottage in the style of our stone house, awaits you in a natural environment, in the quiet of the countryside. With an area of 35 m, the bedroom is located on the second floor and the sofa bed is on the mezzanine. On the ground floor, kitchen equipped with everything you need and the bathroom. 2 private terraces at your disposal. In summer you can enjoy our swimming pool until 7 p.m. For late check-ins, a box is located at the entrance to pick up your keys

We are restoring this family home, under your theme, travel and our travelers. With us it's simple, linens and towels are provided, all you have to do is drop off your luggage. We will provide you with a map of the area as well as good recommendations. A typical house without elevator access!

Welcome to our peaceful villa in Jaunay-Marigny, ideally located just a few minutes' drive from the famous Futuroscope amusement park. Our home is the perfect place for your family or business getaway. Our house has been beautifully decorated with a mix of modern and traditional styles. Each corner has been thoughtfully arranged to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. All this is just 5 minutes from the Futuroscope and the Arena.

Cabin in the heart of nature

Come and enjoy an atypical 25 m² cabin in the heart of nature. I built this quiet little cocoon that can accommodate one to three people (a 140 bed and a sofa bed). Guests can take advantage of the large wooden terrace and its beautiful sunsets. Our philosophy in the heart of nature and in line with it required the installation of dry toilets (external and attached to the accommodation). The Nordic bath is private and optional.

La maison est composée d'un grand espace de vie de 60m2 avec une cuisine entièrement équipée.

Nous précisons que nous appliquons un tarif proportionnel au nombre de voyageurs au delà de 4 personnes afin de tenir compte des frais et usage de la maison et notamment l'entretien du linge de lit et de toilettes fourni.
