Stylish lodge and pool in the Charente countryside

A relaxing and peaceful lodge set in the grounds of a 200-year-old farmhouse in over 11 acres of orchard and meadow. L'oume Lodge sits at the edge of a meadow and has a private gated entrance and parking. There is a private terrace with a built-in BBQ and garden, beyond which is the gated shared pool area The pool is 6 x 12 m with a constant depth of 1.25 m and a shallow side pool for young children. There's also a pool house/summer kitchen, BBQ and wisteria-covered eating area at the pool.

The Cowshed

Stay in the old cowshed on our small farm, set in just under 2 hectares of pasture and woodland, full of wildlife. A great base for exploring Charente and all it has to offer. A rustic Gîte deep in the Charente countryside. Access to our homemade saltwater pool overlooking the valley during the summer months. Private gas barbecue. Badminton/Volleyball and pickleball nets on site. Just 40 minutes from Angoulême. Less than 15 mins from Nanteuil-en-Vallée and Verteuil-sur-charente.

Le spot parfait pour paresser sous les arbres, admirer les ciels étoilés, savourer en pleine conscience un verre de rosé face au coucher du soleil sur la piscine. Abandonnez-vous à la douceur de la Charente en flânant à Nanteuil-en-Vallée ou Verteuil-sur-Charente. Cognac et Angoulême sont à proximité.
