Carole's accommodation matches the descriptions, it is very nice, bright, well decorated and perfectly equipped. The outdoor space is very pleasant - an ideal place for children. Very easy to get around from the accommodation, it is +- 15 minutes' walk from the village center on foot. In addition, a butcher shop and a bakery are a 5-minute walk away. The particularly warm welcome of the hosts and their discretion during the stay is also noteworthy. I highly recommend this listing!

Everything was perfect. The place is as charming as it is welcoming: a tastefully renovated cellar, and above all perfectly equipped. There's absolutely nothing you need. You feel good right away, almost at home. The bike rental is a real plus to enjoy the island, and the recommendations (walks, restaurants...) are really valuable. If we return to the island of Oléron, this is where we will put our suitcases again, without hesitation.

From the moment we arrived, Nicole was welcoming. His house is amazing, perfect in the heat with the pool, but also close to many cities with plenty of activity!

We rented Virginie's accommodation as accommodation for one night for a wedding and it was ideal. Comfortable and well-equipped, we'll remember the address to come back for a holiday as a couple on occasion :) the surrounding villages are very beautiful and the estuary offers beautiful landscapes. I recommend it!

We had a great week in Régine and François's beautiful apartment, offering panoramic views to the ocean. The terrace, spacious and very pleasant, was a real plus to fully enjoy this grandiose view. The apartment is impeccably clean and of exceptional quality, perfectly equipped. Nothing is missing, everything has been thought out for our comfort. Régine and François are friendly, welcoming, and very responsive hosts, both before and during our stay. They were also very accommodating, and their little touches upon arrival touched us a lot. The location of the apartment is ideal: in a quiet area facing the sea, with direct access to a superb beach. The city center, with its restaurants and shops, is just a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute bike ride. Soulac is a charming and beautiful town. A big thank you to Régine and François! A second stay, which once again didn't disappoint. The light and the view are beautiful in all weather, the beach of Pontaillac is both beautiful and friendly. The apartment is through, the room is in the back, quiet.

We had a great stay in the charming apartment of St Palais sur Mer. Sandrine welcomed us very well and gave us all the necessary information. We were able to store our bike rack and bikes very conveniently. The apartment is ideally located: beachfront and city center 2 min walk. And still very quiet. The apartment is very well arranged. Everything is designed to make everyday life easier: hooks, coat racks, cupboards, etc. The decoration is sober, tasteful, pleasant and relaxing (sorry for lovers of blue and white marine decoration with constant reminders of the sea) and of course everything is very clean. The best part is the small balcony with a sea view, which is a real treat for breakfast and aperitifs. A very good time that we plan to relive as soon as possible. We had a very pleasant week despite random weather. Things to do nearby for everyone House well suited to our multi-generation family. The 3 bathrooms are a real highlight . Fabrice was very nice and responsive to each of our requests. Thank you!!

We had a great stay at the "Clairette", the house is ideally located and perfect for 2 families with children. Beach, market, tavern 10 min walk! We will keep the address of this peaceful and rejuvenating place! LocaRonce was very responsive in our exchanges, good communication.

The house is beautiful as well as the view from the garden and located in a lovely village with an excellent butcher, baker and a market once a week. Aurelie and Franck are very welcoming. They surprised us with a bottle of the local white whine that was delicious and were very accommodating. We had a great time in Breuillet which is a 15 min drive from the nearest beaches. Strongly recommend!

Very good stay in Jean-Luc's accommodation, well located in the village, we did everything on foot. The garden is lovely. A perfect accommodation to enjoy the sea in peace with family or friends!

Very good stay in Françoise's accommodation which corresponded in all respects to the descriptions. Very good welcome from Floriane who was very friendly and available. We will not fail to return to Françoise during a possible stay on the Island of Oléron

We had very good exchanges with Fabienne and her husband. The accommodation is very clean and suitable for weekends with a large family.

David has a lovely home with lots of amenities and fun activities to do. It also has lots of rooms and two kitchens so is perfect for large groups and families. While it is a bit out of town everything you might need (beach, shop, restaurants) is a 5-10 minute drive away or you can take a scenic walk to your destination in 45 minutes to 1 hour. As a host David has also been very responsive throughout ensuring we were all set up for the trip and providing recommendations for the best way to get there. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay and thank you David! Omar
