Holiday rentals with a patio in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer

An easy 5-star rating. The place is beautiful, right in downtown Saintes, walking distance to amazing restaurants and the city center. Anne and Lionel are SO kind and helpful, and made me feel right at home. The space was clean and inviting. I would return in a heartbeat! Thank you, Anne and Lionel, for a superb experience!

Super apartment in a very quiet part of Saintes, at only a 10 minutes walk from the historic center. Parking right in front of the house! The apartment is super spacious and practical, and the deco is top. We loved the outside space where we took our breakfast in the morning sun. Very relaxing!! Many thanks to Bea and her husband for their hospitality.

Very bright studio, well laid out. A few small details could be improved but overall everything was fine. Great value for money and very well located.

My family and I had a pleasant time in this location. We were 8 adults and the space was very spacious for all of us, the indoor, outdoor living spaces and the kitchen. Everything is as described. The accommodation is a few minutes from the beach by car and allows quick access to various points of interest in the region. Amanda was available and gave clear information for our self check-in.

Very nice accommodation, in line with the description and even beyond our expectations regarding the garden which is huge, very well furnished and perfectly maintained. The indoor pool was appreciated in view of the mixed weather. We had a great weekend with friends! I would recommend it in a second.

We were two families with 5 children in total and had a great stay at Stéphane's! The place is ideal, very well located, close to the beach. The children had a great time and the adults did too! We had a great time! The accommodation was impeccably clean and perfectly in line with the description. The concierge was very available and attentive, which made our arrival and departure very easy. The location is ideal, close to the city center and the Charles Martel promenade. The value is unbeatable. Everything you need was in the house. Parking space is very small. We chose to park on the street. There were many free seats. We strongly recommend!

Mylène and Laurent were lovely from the time of our booking, very flexible and available. The accommodation perfectly matched our expectations and we were even pleasantly surprised by all the equipment that was in the accommodation.
