Laurent's accommodation is smaller and less flashy than it appears in the photos but it is nonetheless very pleasant, in a residence overlooking an inner courtyard and in a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed having our breakfasts on the balcony. Many small shops are nearby for the delight of the taste buds. Transportation is also very close, but in any case it is possible to walk to the city center or to the island's machines. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Stayed as part of a work trip. If you come by plane, it is the ideal accommodation, extremely complete equipment and well arranged accommodation. I will repeat the experience 😃

Josias is very available for communication. The accommodation is consistent with its description and located at the back of the charming courtyard. The neighborhood is quiet. As Parisians, we appreciated the silence and tried to preserve it

A really nice flat! Good for a couple to feel at home in Nantes. Well appointed with everything you’d need. Wifi was good. The location is both amazing because of the centrality and easy access to everything, but also unfortunately has what a normal city centre would have in terms of night time surroundings. Nothing that is wrong with the flat itself and would still fully recommend!!! Thanks for a wonderful stay :)

The house is very well kept. Beautiful services, a beautiful pool, full of nice little corners to chat or read. I think spending a week with family this summer would be a real little paradise. I recommend it without a problem. You won't be disappointed.

We had a great stay at Alain and Blandine's house. The place is full of character, very well maintained, perfect for a group of people or for a family. It is also very well equipped. Alain and Blandine were also very considerate, accommodating, responsive, and spontaneously offered ideas for outings in the area. I would recommend this place without a second thought.

The children played good games of ball and petanque. we had a good time with the family, close to Planète Sauvage and the sea is 20 minutes away i recommend it.

An exceptional family stay in the Baptistin cottage, Everything is designed so that we can evolve with ease, even in large numbers. Activities for both the youngest and adults, various games, indoor swimming pool and relaxation on the terrace. Bathroom and toilet adjoining each of the rooms, the must! Our stay was a real favorite; from the island of Noirmoutiers but also this magnificent house offered by Marc and his wife, very helpful and attentive to us, thank you to them! The accommodation is ideally located, very comfortable and cozy. Well done for the beautiful decoration! Everything is done on foot or by bike, a real vacation. We will return with great pleasure, that's for sure.

We had a great time in this completely refurbished house: everything is clean, modern and perfectly equipped, there is absolutely nothing missing inside. Marine was very available and responsive throughout our stay, always quick to respond to our messages. It's a place you feel really good in, and for sure: we'll come back and rent again without hesitation!
