It can be rented per week or just for the week end. Ground floor : 2 large reception rooms (each 50m2), facing South. Fitted kitchen and laundry room, bathroom and separate toilet, one bedroom with shower room en suite. Direct access to private gardens 1st floor : 4 bedrooms with single beds (90x200) that can be arranged as double beds, separate shower room and toilet. There are numerous activities in the region, depending on your taste you can discover the historic heritage of the Tourraine and Anjou regions, explore beautiful gardens, or try local products and wines, visit wine caves or attend equine events or concerts. Our house is located in the village of Villiers-au-Bouin, with Wi-Fi. On the ground floor, it comprises an entrance hall with a closet, a living room with a new sofa bed (with a real 18-cm mattress), a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet. On the 1st floor, a large bedroom with a double bed and storage space. There is a courtyard with a garden table and chairs, as well as a barbecue. Ability to put your bikes in an outbuilding.
