Within walking distance (about 600 m) is the river Le Gartempe, where there are plenty of places to take a refreshing dip. The cyclist can also indulge. For the mountain biker (possibly available), touring cyclist and recreational cyclist, there are countless possibilities through the woods, along the river or through the countryside. For the hikers among us, the possibilities are endless. For the horseback riders, there is a riding school a few kilometers away. In the city center of the village of Maillé (Maison du Souvenir) close to the train station, access to Tours in 30 minutes, this ideally located house will allow you to make many visits (castles, futuroscope, Beauval Zoo, walks, hikes and troglodyte valleys less than 1 hour away). Access is facilitated by the fact that it is located an 8-minute drive from exit 25 of Highway A 10.

The former ferry house has been completely restored and converted into a vacation home for 2 people, since July 2022. Beautiful setting next to the river, l'Anglin, overlooking the bridge, the château and the village Angles-sur-l'Anglin. The house has its own garden, and there is a private beach on the estate. The barque is ready on the river, wonderful swimming in front of the door or further on at the Moulin de Remerle or the Moulin du Pré.

Private house in one of the most beautiful villages in France, close to shops (bakery, grocery store, café...). Courtyard where you can park, large garden with swing. Quiet. A place to disconnect. Possibility of hiking, biking, canoeing nearby, carriage rides. I offer puzzle courses (for a fee) for guests who like to walk around while playing an outdoor escape game. NB: Cleaning must be done properly before leaving. Pets not allowed.
