The accommodation is super equipped, especially in the kitchen, has chairs and towels to take to the beach, umbrellas for rainy days, the shopping cart, the terrace is very comfortable for a quiet evening, with the armchair, the table and the series of lights. There is no air conditioning in the bedroom, but if it is very hot you can fall asleep in the living room why the armchair becomes bed and there if there is air conditioning. In September 2024 the washing machine is useless, that takes comfort from the place but close to there (Gorbella) there's a laundry room. The super Carrefour Market is a block and a half, and the Le Ray Tram Station is two steps away. To get to the accommodation you have to walk a climb that for young people should be no problem, inside the building has an elevator.

Sofiane was extremely informative and air bnb felt like a hotel with its cleanliness. Very easy to commute via tram and I appreciate the recommendations provided.

Gina's apartment was the perfect home away from home for a Nice vacation. A quick walk away from a supermarket and metro stop, making it easy to setup and get into the main city. Gina was available through phone and the app at all times for help, and despite our language barrier was able to communicate effectively how the apartment was setup and local things in the area to do or see. We would recommend her apartment to anyone looking to have a quiet stay in Nice!

This Airbnb is stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. Every room has a balcony or court yard with beautiful views. It is so picturesque. The place was clean and we felt very safe, we really enjoyed our stay. Downstairs has a great living area to hang out as a group, with a great view. All rooms have a bathroom. It was the perfect stay! We felt so lucky to stay here! Helena was the perfect host, she was so responsive!!
