Very pleasant and quiet stay. Close to amenities and the sea (barely 10 min drive) Yolande hosted us very warmly, pleasant and discreet. The apartment met our expectations. I recommend it.

We had a lovely stay at Pascal's very well-equipped accommodation and with access to the central pool, sauna and Hammam. It is also very well located a few minutes walk from the port. We really appreciated Pascal's messages to provide us with all the useful information as well as the very friendly welcome from Jacky and his wife.

We loved our stay in Saint Martin. Everything was perfect!! 🤩 As soon as we arrived we were welcomed very well. The space was very much in line with our expectations. The location was perfect, 10 minutes walk to the port and restaurants. Parking space is a real plus in a city where parking is for a fee. Finally, we really enjoyed the pool, which made us forget the few kilometers between the accommodation and the beach. We're happy to come back to this place if we're back on Île de Ré 🥰

We had a lovely weekend. The accommodation is clean, matches the photos. The large living room and the master bedroom are very pleasant.

Very functional apartment with a large storage closet at the entrance, very convenient with children. No noise as there is no one above or below. The amenities of Pierre et Vacances are a real plus: swimming pool and hammam (sauna broken but not disturbing), ping pong tables, places to park bikes, ready games at the reception (in addition to those of the apartment), bike rental... The location in Saint Martin is perfect! We'll be back!!!

The best thing about this apartment, without hesitation, is the breathtaking view of the port and the ocean. Breakfast on the balcony, in this quiet park. Ideal place for departures for walks and bike rides. Small supermarket and bars/restaurants at the foot of the residence. It would be perfect with wifi in addition and a double bed instead of a triple. The bunk bed is too low, you can easily bump into it and it prevents the use of wall lamps for reading at night. We slept head to toe. The shower is really small, difficult to turn around without moving the faucet. But we still had a great stay.

Nice, well-laid-out apartment. The pool as well as the sauna and the steam room are a plus. The shops are within walking distance and the port is charming. Recommended.

Clean and well-located studio, very good bed, nice small balcony for breakfasts, I used the pool, sauna and steam room with satisfaction. We are barely 10 minutes from the port of St Martin de Ré, we will be happy to come back, thank you Jacky for your welcome and Pascal for his accommodation

We had a truly unforgettable week. Alain and his wife are golden people. They are very attentive to their tenant, always taking care of the little things. You can see that they enjoy hosting. I would really recommend it. We plan to come back.

We had a great few days here. All was as described and well maintained. Nice facilities for families with young children. Convenient parking on site and everything within walking distance. Checkin and checkout were very friendly (although a security deposit requirement at checkin - not permitted under Airbnb - and an inspection of the property before we could leave were unusual). Overall a happy stay!

2 steps from the waterfront, typical house in a very quiet cul-de-sac. Looks small from the outside but very spacious, bright and beautifully decorated. There's nothing missing to have a good stay!
