Peter is a really great host. He thought of everything and is caring. Very quiet accommodation. Great pool and jacuzzi. Peter really provides everything we need. I really recommend this place. Once again, thank you for everything.

superb super warm cottage. we stayed at 13 and there is everything you need. from linens to barbecue to jaccuzi. if we get a chance, we'll come back without hesitation. Marine is available, and very friendly. little plus check-in times 4pm and check-out times before 7pm are rather comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Hulotte. The place is perfect for both families and groups of friends, with many activities on site. We celebrated the end of our partials in a relaxed atmosphere, with the possibility of listening to music freely. The heated hot tub was much appreciated. However, there is a small downside regarding the pool, which we also thought heated according to the information provided by the host, but which was unfortunately not.

The house is absolutely in line with the listing. All the comforts are there to accommodate a family or friends (kitchen equipment, games and accessories for children, barbecue and smoker). The land is beautiful, very well maintained by Cathy and her husband. In addition, Cathy was very welcoming, attentive, sharing, always ready to answer the slightest question with a smile and the utmost precision. And finally, a big thank you to her for the afternoon spent gently removing splinters from our little Eden's hand. We'll be back for sure!

House even nicer than in the photos. Everything was comfortable, in very good condition and nothing was missing (little extra for bathroom, toilet, kitchen and cleaning products) throughout our stay. We really enjoyed the ceiling fan in the bedroom. Despite the proximity of Valerie's home, we felt at home, thanks to her discretion. The jacuzzi was really nice and well maintained.

This was the best accommodation and hospitality we have experienced so far and that means something, because we always have great accommodation. Sophie and Eric, the dogs, the chickens, the cat, the turtle, the family and the friends are just great. We felt at home or better like visiting good friends from second 1. Thank you! The apartment is very nice and offers everything you need. The location is special if you like short distances to the beach or nature. But shopping for the best French food is also only 4 minutes away by car. We preferred Les Halles in Bretignolles-sur-Mer. Cheese, fruit, vegetables, fish and meat - all of the best quality and French coziness and matching flair. This makes shopping, cooking, eating and living fun. Unfortunately, we can only give 5 stars, 7 would certainly be appropriate. We will be back if we can. In this sense, à bientôt and allez les chiens - Vamos!

My family and I had a great time at Aurore's place. The house is large, tastefully decorated. The outside is large and safe for the kids. Too bad the weather wasn't at the appointment to be able to enjoy the pool. We would recommend this listing!

Super cute little apartment, ideal alone or for 2 and decorated with great taste! You feel very good from the moment you enter and Patricia's welcome is super warm. Small detail but the bathroom could be refreshed but is quite functional. Great location to be quiet at the gates in re while being next to the center with small restaurants, shops and markets. We really recommend this nice little apartment!

House very well located near the shopping street of Jard. 15 minutes' walk from the port and the beach. The house is very functional and clean, well equipped with dishes and towels. The courtyard and the enclosed terrace were a safe playground for the children. It's much appreciated. We had a lovely week with the family. Thanks to Nathalie for her responsiveness.

We had a great stay of a week in early May 2025 (2 adults and 1 12 year old child). The house is spacious, very well equipped (the choice of dishes is huge, everything else is great too) and its unique asset is its direct view of the ocean through its large glass windows. We were able to enjoy the ocean every day to eat on the terrace. Access is easy and the location makes it possible to reach the nearby sandy beaches quite quickly (even on foot). Lionel and Roselyne are super welcoming and attentive to the well-being of the occupants. We were warmly welcomed and received all the information to have a great stay. The house is easy to access and allows you to visit most of the attractions in the area quite quickly...and if you don't want to do anything and stay there, that's great too:)

A very good stay spent on the island of Olonne and in the accommodation which is very well located, quiet, not far from all amenities, as well as beaches. Very warm welcome and attention to us as well as to our dogs with a treat as a welcome gift. A very good place, I recommend it.

We spent 2 great weeks in this house with our children, clean accommodation and the host is very responsive and responds to any request. If we return to the area, we would gladly take over this place. I would highly recommend.

Amazing house and grounds. Lovely and peaceful. With only a 20 minute drive to the beach. Very clean and free from clutter. Very easy and simple to check in and out. Lovely to have air conditioning down stairs, would be nice to have air conditioning upstairs. Great place

Thank you so much for a great stay! Alessa was lovely, very available and flexible, which allowed us to enjoy our stay peacefully. The house is simply beautiful, with a soothing view of the marsh, and the location is perfect for relaxing while being close to everything. We leave with very good memories, and we recommend it without hesitation!

Our stay at Cynthia and Nicolas went very well. The house is very nice, with neat decoration, very well-equipped. Kids loved the trampoline. The spa is a plus too. The proximity to the sea is really appreciable. We'll be happy to rent again if the opportunity arises again.

The property was superb!!! The rooms, layout & facilities worked perfectly for our extended family group (all adults). We had excellent weather and so we're able to make good use of the pool and outdoor space. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed to prepare and serve a variety of meals. Ample cups, glasses & crockery so no need to constantly be washing up or putting the dishwasher on. Room for all 10 of us to sit around the table (either inside or out) to eat together. A washing machine & tumble drier we're very useful. There were many quiet beaches within easy reach by car. Communication with the host was easy, friendly & helpful. We hope to visit this beautiful property another time ❤️

We had a great time with the family at Valerie's. The apartment is very clean, new and quiet. Valerie and her husband as well as their friend welcomed us warmly. We appreciated their help renting a car and all the good advice for going off the beaten track. We highly recommend this rental which is a 9-minute drive to downtown Les Sables d'Olonne.
