In a 20 m2 home, we offer a bedroom (mezzanine bed) with bathroom and a kitchenette. Our house is on the banks of the Loire with quick access to a pedestrian path. Close to Mauves train station (4 km), 15 minutes by car from Nantes. There is no parking in front of the house but possibility for a car at 50 m and in the adjoining streets for a bigger vehicle. The street is very transient and requires vigilance when walking.

You access it via an external staircase. This comfortable studio is quiet and bright with a view of the unoverlooked garden. You have an equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking essentials and a beautiful bathroom with large shower and toilet.

Our house is from the 1950s it was designed from scratch by my dad. We live at the first and the apartment is below. We've updated everything. The apartment includes 1 big bedroom..with bed 1 sofa lounge and 1 single bed 1 fully equipped kitchen 1 x shower 1 wc You have access through the boiler room to the garden.. You can enjoy your meals and rest there. Everything is quiet.
