Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sainte-Luce-sur-Loire

If you want to feel a local in the city centre, this is the right place. I kind of feel at home since I arrived. The building entrance corridor requires some upgrade to make it look nicer. The apartment is in the 3rd floor, and this may be an issue if you have large bagagges. The apartment has their own furniture, which is nice, but sometimes you may find a hidden speck of dust. Some nice features, such as a collection of vynil records make it unique. At night, you may hear the crowd from the restaurants on the street, but it was ok for me, I did enjoy my sleep. The highlight of the apartment is the location, the bright and spacious living room, which made me qualify this place with a 5 star.

The apartment is in a great location in the village of Basse-Goulaine with local shops on foot. This apartment is tastefully decorated and a great terrace to enjoy the beautiful weather. Honestly nothing to say except that you can go there with your eyes closed. Thank you Angélique for offering this property.

An ideally located apartment, 100 meters from the banks of the Erdre and a little more than 10 minutes from the historic center. This apartment is ideally located and easily accessible by car, tram and even on foot. Garage parking is a big plus, but otherwise there is a parking lot in front of the building that is convenient. It's really very clean and tidy. It's also very well-equipped and comfortable! Romain's welcome was warm and caring! Thank you so much for having us. 😊 I recommend it.

Communication with Morgane was excellent, she is a polite person and dispels all necessary doubts. When I arrived at his apartment, I already loved it the first time, everything was clean and organized, with a wonderful smell, a very beautiful decoration, you have everything you need for a perfect stay, as in the photos! Great, highly recommend!

Our stay with Bruno was fantastic. We were in France for family visits and this cottage was by far the perfect place to stay. Everything was in good order: from the beds, to the kitchen, bathroom, living room with large TV and garden with even a BBQ present. It all looked new and tidy. Our host Bruno was very warm before and during our trip and responded quickly to our questions. All in all, it was a nice experience. Absolutely recommended!

Very nice little house, clean with everything you need to have a good stay. Just a little mom anxiety with the miller's ladder and my 3 and a half year old little guy, but otherwise great! Romain is very available No complaints, great!

Alexandre's place is very nice, well arranged and well decorated. It is very well equipped, you will not miss anything during your stay. Check-in and checkout are completely self-contained, which is very convenient.

We had a wonderful few days exploring Nantes and couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable and charming place to return home to at the end of each day. Johan’s place is clean, stylish, architecturally interesting and full of beautiful art pieces and lovely details - he clearly is a man with great taste! The house is very well equipped with high quality inventory and appliances for those who like to do a bit of cooking on holiday like us! The location was ideal with - quiet but with all the essentials nearby and very quick access by bus to the centre of town. Odile was wonderful - so welcoming, helpful and friendly when we arrived and supremely responsive/flexible when we told her we would arrive earlier than expected. Odile also provided excellent support during our stay when we had questions! Overall it was the best few days and we cannot wait to return to Johan’s place and to Nantes! Thank you Johan and Odile!!!

Very nice apartment, quiet - ideal for us who came to an event on exponantes, we even went on foot along the banks of the river. Super equipped, with a real feeling at home, and not just made for Airbnb with Ikea-

We were very well received by Viviane and Pierre. Listing is as described. The equipment in appliances is of quality. The bedding is extremely comfortable. The building is very quiet. The location of this accommodation allows you to discover and visit Nantes and the surrounding area in very good conditions. The documentation provided by Viviane for both appliances and ideas for outings was very helpful. We really enjoyed the food products (brioche, milk, fruit juice) available to us for breakfast.

Spacious renovated apartment with sunny verandah in a quiet location. Fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals or make coffee! Also very convenient to public transport - bus stop at the corner. We enjoyed our stay very much would stay there again if in Nantes.
