For 4 persons, the apartment is designed, 2 persons can additionally sleep in the living room on the pull-out couch (a total of 6 people). The apartment is newly designed: kitchen-living room with cooking island, living room with balcony, 2 bedrooms (king size bed 1.60 m wide), modern bathroom with shower. Garden with pool use. The train station(Bermatingen-Ahausen) is about a 5-minute walk, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, bank about 2-3 minutes walk, supermarket about a 10-minute walk. To Lake Constance: Meersburg 8 km, Friedrichshafen 16 km.

A "lake heart" for two: with pool and sauna

Our "Seeherzchen" (23 sqm) is small and cozy, only 200m from the bathing area at the lake. With a beautiful view of the castle park, you can enjoy quiet island days here. You also have access to an indoor pool, sauna & table tennis. Maybe see you soon? The swimming pool is open daily from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., except in the two weeks after the autumn holidays in BW (usually the first 2 weeks of November), it is serviced and closed. The sauna is open daily all year round from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Family suite with sauna area (XXL family bed)

You will stay in a newly built farmhouse. The apartment has a family bed (2.70 m x 2 m). Cozy living-dining area with access to the balcony from there with a view of the mountains. Sofa bed for 2 more people. Dining area for at least 6 people. In summer, there is a pool for shared use outdoors. In the winter months, we have our sauna in operation. Here you can relax on cold autumn or winter days. Very large bathroom with family shower. Plus local tourist tax.

The studio has been specially equipped to meet the needs of solo travelers. It is furnished to a high standard. Not far from the lake and the city center. After a few steps you will reach the shore of Lake Constance and the city center, from where you can reach any boat connection on Lake Constance. Numerous event options are available in the Lake Constance region. From May to October, our seasonal pool in the beautiful courtyard is available to all guests

The Pool Suite is ideal for family and friends, as it adjoins a heated garden pool (May to October) with a sun terrace and is surrounded by a lawn for playing and sunbathing. The shared outdoor area invites you to relax, and its covered pool terrace with barbecue and lake view offers secluded privacy. The modern Premium Suite awaits you with a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable beds and a comfortable sofa bed in the living area for up to 6 people.

Stay in a circus wagon

The cozy atmosphere of the simple circus wagon harmoniously combines with the convenience of being able to use both the bathing pond and the sauna (1x free). The rural area invites you to linger and clear your head. Our cozy apartment is located in Lindau on Lake Constance only about 2 km from the city center. You can reach the city center in a few minutes by car, bike or bus. A fireplace, the organic pool in the garden and an outdoor hot tub with a constant 36°C ensure relaxation in any weather. Bicycles can be stored in our garage.
