Loft holiday rentals in Salzburg

Wir waren als Familie mit 5 Personen Ende Mai in der Unterkunft. Für uns hat alles gepasst, die Anreise war bequem und die Unterkunft entspricht exakt den Bildern sowie der Beschreibung. Es ist ausreicht Platz vorhanden und wir hatten eine tolle Aussicht aus den riesigen Dachfenstern. Die Alternative, mit der S-Bahn nach Salzburg hinein fahren zu können, hat uns gefallen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuverlässig. Wir fühlten uns willkommen und sehr wohl.

Die Wohnungen Valentina und April haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnungen und Küchen waren weitestgehend gut ausgestattet um einfache und schnelle Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Die Umgebung ist sehr anspruchsvoll, da es tatsächlich sehr steil ist und auch der Supermarkt liegt etwas oberhalb der Unterkunft. Der gleiche Weg führt auch recht steil zur Skipiste, ist also mit den Klamotten ein ausreichendes Aufwärmprogramm! Mit Skischuhen sollte man vorsichtig sein, weil wir viele Leute gesehen haben die hingefallen sind, wir haben Straßenschuhe genommen und die Skischuhe hoch getragen, die normalen Schuhe dann am Lift eingeschlossen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche und auch das Skigebiet ist super schön. An einem Mittwoch Abend war outdoor-Musik bis 11pm mit einem DJ auf dem kleinen Platz unterhalb der Unterkunft, wenn man nicht gerade selbst dort war, hört man das sehr laut noch in der Wohnung. Wir können die Wohnungen aber auf jeden Fall empfehlen!

Lovely place which is an easy walk to all the sites you want to see around Salzburg. The hosts were wonderful and very helpful with small requests like borrowing an iron and ironing board. Also fantastic if travelling with young children. They provided a good size cot bed, toys and high chair. We would happily recommend this place to family and friends!

We had a terrific stay in Ursula’s apartment in Salzburg. The location was great and we were able to Uber around quite easily. The apt itself was perfect for our family (which includes 2 teenaged boys). There was a pullout coach in the office room, so each boy had their own space. We would definitely stay there again when we return to Salzburg in the future. Thanks Ursula!

Thank you very much for a nice stay. Veerle was flexible and helpfull so our last minute booking and late arrival was no problem. Spacious appartment, fully equiped with all we needed, relatively close to ski slopes. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you once again.

Hannelores place is situated in a quiet part just a little outside the city center. The view from the balcony was just stunning, and the apartment super clean, really nicely decorated and had more than everything necessary to cook and relax. Its in a nice neighbourhood, just 20 minutes walk from leopoldskrone! Check in was easy and comfortable. Recommend anyone to stay here with the exception of those looking to stay right in the center of town. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Sehr unkomplizierter und schneller Kontakt. Sehr schöne Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Sehr geschmackvoll und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles top. Tolle Gegend und auch sehr gute zwei Restaurants im Ort vorhanden. Alles super vielleicht kommen wir nochmal.

This place is wonderful, truly a gem. Very accessible via bus to anywhere in Salzburg, amazingly located if you want to go to Hellbrum or anything in the south of the city. Flavio was very responsive and kind, always making sure we were comfortable and helping us when we had questions. Can’t recommend enough!

Wij zijn hier in de zomer verbleven en het was het 100% waard. In de buurt waren er meerdere wandelroutes die makkelijk te voet of met een korte busreis te bereiken waren. De Mollthaler Gletscher was prachtig, zeker een aanrader. Het dorpje was rustig, de plaatselijke bevolking was vriendelijk en er zijn veel gezellige restaurantjes. Ook kan je in het dorpje fietsen huren om de mooie omgeving te ontdekken (onderschat de klim terug naar het dorp niet). Het appartement was mooi, knus ingericht en had alles wat je nodig zou kunnen hebben. Zeker een aanrader om Mallnitz te bezoeken, zeker in de zomer!

The house is perfect! Everything you need for some relaxing days in the mountains, close to supermarket/drugstore, also good location for hikes. I would for sure go again and recommend it to everyone.

บ้านสวยงามมาก ออกแบบมาดี สะอาดสะอ้าน น่าอยู่ มีห้องพักถึงสี่ห้อง เหมาะกับคนมาพักได้ถึงแปดคน ทำเลที่ตั้งก็ดีหาง่าย และใกล้Hallstatts และSalzburgมาก รวมทั้งอยู่ใกล้ซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ต ที่จอดรถจอดง่ายสะดวก ครัวก็ใหญ่และมีอุปกรณ์ครบครัน โดยรวมแล้วพวกเราที่มาพักทุกคนต่างยกนิ้วไห้ ว่าเป็นที่พักที่ยอดเยี่ยมที่สุด ในทริปท่องเที่ยวของเรา

I spent the last three months in this apartment, working as a ski instructor. I have been coming to Bad Gastein for many years. Although its not in the very centre of Bad Gastein, its only a 10m walk there, but its located in the old Bad Gastein with a selection of the best restaurants in the village. So a perfect location really. Also the buss connections in Mozartplatz a few minutes away will take you any place you wish. In summary, I was so happy in this apartment during my stay, and will probably rebook again next time. The apartment is built in the 1960’s, not the most modern, but it had everything I needed. For those expecting super luxury, its not that kind of a place, but you will need to pay 5x more for that!! A well equipped kitchen, even a remote control Japanese toilet ! I loved the rather large balcony, the views of the mountains from the kitchen window (and living room window). Perfect for me, but not so large, so max 2 adults and 2 kids, or three adults.

Die Unterkunft von Sabine ist sehr schön. Die direkte Anbindung zum Hotel und seinen Annehmlichkeiten sowie das Skigebiet direkt vor der Haustür machen das Appartement zu etwas besonderem. Die Kommunikation war auch einwandfrei und Sabine hat immer schnell geantwortet. danke Sabine für den schönen Aufenthalt!
