This is a gem and would always go back again, when visiting Lake Como. The rooftop terrace is really outstanding and with a breathtaking view over the lake. Will be back :)

Tolles kleines Wohlfühlhaus mit coolen Möbeln und wunderbarer Aussicht!

Wir haben hier mit 6 Personen 4 tolle Tage verbracht! Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen, bietet eine wunderbare Aussicht und ist ideal für Wanderausflüge oder auch einfach zum abschalten geeignet. Das Haus ist sehr gross und geräumig, jeder von uns hatte ein Einzelzimmer zur Verfügung, zudem sind viele Parkplätze vorhanden und auch eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt beim Haus. Die grosse Terrasse mit Grill und Liegestühlen sowie das lichtdurchflutete Ess/Wohnzimmer sind das Prachstück des Hauses. Das hauseigene, gut ausgestattete Fitnesscenter ist zusammen mit der Sauna das Tüpfelchen auf dem i! Die Küche ist grundsätzlich sehr gut ausgerüstet, Kaffeemaschine inklusive Bohnen sowie Mikrowelle und Toaster vorhanden. Essig/Öl sowie viele Gewürze sind ebenso sehr hilfreich. Gläser, Besteck und Geschirr, sowie Messer in allen Grössen sind auch da. Grosser Kühlschrank mit Eisfach und Spülmaschine auch top. Die Sauberkeit war okay aber nicht überragend.

Tolle Lage, schöne Wohnung, nette Gastgeber - alles super. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Ivana. La maison est très charmante, d'une propreté impeccable dans un cadre splendide, offrant une vue absolument magnifique ! Si vous cherchez le dépaysement, le calme et une nature verdoyante, vous êtes au bon endroit! Ivana est une hôte très attentionnée, généreuse et sympathique qui a rendu notre séjour mémorable. Merci très chère Ivana. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Een heerlijk huisje in een authentiek dorp. We hebben genoten van het prachtige uitzicht vanaf het terras op de lekkere bank, heerlijk geslapen op de goede bedden (ook de sofabank) en de regendouche was ook super. Het contact met Kathi en Ivan was zowel snel als heel vriendelijk, gebruik vooral hun reisgids want daar staan hele goede aanbevelingen in. Pognana is een pareltje, je kunt mooie wandelingen maken naaf boven en op het 'strand' beneden zit je in no time. Bar Sonia boven is heel goed en gezellig, je bent er zo een vaste klant. Ook Marvin, onze hond, heeft genoten, er was nog een verrassing voor hem bij aankomst, heel lief! Je zit heerlijk privé in het huisje, soms hoor je de bovenburen, maar dat was niet storend. Van Bar Sonia hoor je overigens niets. Heel erg bedankt dat we mochten blijven en hopelijk tot ziens!

parfait !!! luca est très sympa et son logement est magnifique, très agréable et très bien décoré. l'accueil était très chaleureux. la maison est très bien équipé et luca avait prévu des fruits et même un gâteau qui était excellent. merci encore. er l'environnement est magnifique. je recommande vivement le logement de luca. ciao

This is such a lovely place to stay!! There are amazing views from every window of the mountains and the little red train. A very short walk to the Diavolezza and Lagalb cable cars. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and well equipped (we made food from scratch each evening and had all the utensils we needed). In addition Maddalena has made the space very cosy and there are lots of thoughtful and welcoming touches. Would love to stay here again!

Ich war sehr Zufrieden mit dem Angebot und dem was ich bekommen habe. Kann nicht viel Besser sein. Eventuell das knarren vom Wandbett war Gewöhnungsbedürftig, ging aber auch gut nach der 2ten Nacht. Ich würde es wieder Buchen und auch weiter Empfehlen.

Great Location, 5 minutes walking distance to the ski ram to Corviglia. There are a few steps to climb on the way back so we used the ski service next to the ram for 3CHF/day. The location is close to the best neighborhood of St Moritz with great shopping , food and bars. The flat is nice, kitchen has all the important amenities, comfortable bed and what a view to the city/mountains. We enjoyed and highly recommend.

No podríamos haber elegido mejor alojamiento. Poschiavo es un pueblo precioso, tranquilo y de gente amable, perfectamente cuidado y situado en un entorno maravilloso. El alojamiento te hace sentir como en casa y los detalles de Luca Antonio hace que te sientas realmente acogido. Tiene de todo, está situado en una zona inmejorable del pueblo, la terraza es espectacular, las camas muy cómodas y estaba todo muy limpio. Muy confortable e íntimo con todo para que te sientas a gusto. Volvería sin pensarlo. El mejor alojamiento para quedarte en este pueblo mágico, nos han tratado súper bien, solo tenemos palabras de agradecimiento. Gracias Luca Antonio y gracias a todo el pueblo de Poschiavo por su hospitalidad. Fuimos a conocer nuestros orígenes y volvemos satisfechos y felices de lo que encontramos, superando nuestras expectativas.

Von unserem wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Janas und Stefans Wohnung können wir nur Gutes berichten: alles sah aus wie auf den Fotos, tipptopp sauber, in allen Bereichen bestens ausgestattet, sehr durchdachte Details, liebevolle Deko, Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Eine Mappe für alle Eventualitäten mit sehr ausführlichen Beschreibungen ist vorhanden. Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants (leider gibt es keins in Schmitten selbst), dafür einen Supermarkt. Und der Blick vom Balkon ist einfach nur grandios. Da nimmt man auch die viertelstündlichen Glockenschläge der Dorf-Kirche gerne in Kauf. Jana und Stefan sind supernette Gastgeber. Alles hat super gepasst - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Alessandra & Fabio’s place is an easy apartment to find & a 20 minute walk from the St Moritz main terminal - it’s a walk past a gas station beside the terminal, past a traffic circle, an elevated lookout & down a beautiful paved walkway along the Lake. You need to go up a staircase on foot from that walkway, up to the apartment street. There’s a great grocery store called ‘Coop’, literally across the street & we were able to make a delicious dinner for 5 with the items available in the kitchen. We loved the balcony with the view of the mountains & lake. The large table was great to gather around. Everyone had beds that were comfortable. Initially it didn’t seem like there were lights in the apartment main area, but we figured out that they turn off to save electricity & you can turn them on on a switch beside the exterior apartment doors, much like a doorbell switch. One of my favourite memories will be the view of the antiquated chalets & garden out the primary bedroom window.

Die Kontaktaufnahme war unkompliziert, sowie auch die Wegbeschreibung und den Code zur Schlüsselbox. Das Appartement ist ruhig gelegen am Waldrand. Vögel und Eichhörnchen besuchen am Morgen die Terasse. An der Einrichtung fehlt nichts. Die Wohnung ist auch super gelegen für Wanderungen ins Val Roseg und Morteratsch. Herzlichen Dank, Maxie für alles.

Wir haben uns bei Sonja vom ersten Empfang heimisch gefühlt. In der Wohnung fehlte es uns an nichts. Sie ist vollständig und für körperlich eineschränkte Gäste ausgestattet, bis hin zum Nähzeug und kleinen Gesellschaftsspielen. Eine familiäre Atmosphäre haben wir auf dem gesamten Gelände gespürt, mit Spielsachen und -geräten für Kinder. Sonja war uns gegenüber immer verbindlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Aufenthalt, den wir schon heute zu unseren schönsten Urlaubsunterkünften zählen und uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können.

Best way to describe this location is STUNNING! The views are breath taking - more beautiful in person than the photos! We loved our stay - hard to beat having morning coffee & evening wine surrounded by such beauty! The night view when the lights appear is as beautiful as the day view! A car was necessary but well worth it. David was a very responsive and helpful host & we would definitely stay again if we have that opportunity!

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser kleinen, super gemütlichen Wohnung! Die Lage ist traumhaft – ruhig und gleichzeitig gut erreichbar. Melanie ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen absolut unkompliziert dank klarer Anweisungen. Man merkt, dass hier mit viel Liebe eingerichtet wurde – ich habe mich sofort wohlgefühlt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole, l’host è stato molto reattivo nelle risposte e disponibile. Nell’appartamento, seppur piccolo, c’è tutto il necessario. Ho apprezzato molto il trovare una cucina rifornita e detergenti di ogni tipo nel bagno, cosa molto utile per chi magari deve viaggiare leggero.

Giovanni was a fantastic host! He is extremely responsive, proactive and always willing to help. We had a number of questions about the area throughout our week long stay and was happy to assist however he could. The unit itself is absolutely beautiful with unbelievable views… even better in person! There are a number of great restaurants within walking distance (the Bar across the street was particularly great for breakfast!). We would recommend having a car while you are there as the ferry service is a bit frustrating to navigate (especially as a non-local). Parking is paid during the high season, but usually easy to find a spot (there is a small lot directly across the street). Couldn’t recommend this place enough, Giovanni is a great host.

Zentral gelegen, sehr gut schallisoliert, supersauber und Franca ist sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, perfekt.

La casa di Cristian è perfetta e corrisponde alla descrizione. Inoltre, lui è stato sempre molto gentile e reattivo. Sono stati 4 giorni veramente perfetti! Grazie ancora e (speriamo) a presto!

Wir hatten eine super tolle Zeit bei Matteo und seinem Vater auf der Alp. Die Lage war für uns zum Radfahren perfekt. Wir haben auch die Nähe zu den Tieren (Kühe und Hunde) sehr geliebt. Die Kommunikation war super einfach. Was man einfach wissen sollte ist, wenn in der zweiten Wohnung jemand ist, es sehr ringhörig ist. Aufgrund der Lage hat es auch sehr viele Fliegen. Ansonsten waren wir haben sehr zufrieden und haben die Auszeit sehr genossen.
