Brand new holiday apartment with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, full kitchen. Small living room with TV and terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. The apartment is part of our farm, which is located in the cozy village of Pillemark in the middle of the island. Although we live in the middle of a city, the yard overlooks fields that belong to the yard. We don't have any animals on the farm except cats and rabbits. The rental is a newly built vacation apartment (2023) of 55 sqm. Towels, linens are included and it is possible to purchase charging of electric car.

The house is located in Mårup on Nordøen, close to the harbor and Nordby hills. There is 900 m as the crow flies between both sides of the beach. The house is spacious, high to the ceiling and with many cozy corners. The beautiful hilly nature is characteristic of Nordøen, it starts right outside the door. Nordøen has shopping, restaurants and specialty stores. We have the specialty store HØST and a Wine & Coffee Bar. The gallery is with Pernille's works and Jakob's works can be found in the Café. Modern beach house built in 2021 only 25 meters from the waterfront with wonderful panoramic views of Kattegat. Complete kitchen and modern furnishings. Free parking in front of the house. Hasmark has a child-friendly beach and is 10 minutes from the scenic Enebærodde. Nearby there are many activities: playground, water park, mini golf. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The house is 115 square meters and is located in the quiet village of Kolby in the southern part of Samsø. It consists of a newly renovated country kitchen, 2 living rooms, 2 toilets (one with bath) and 3 bedrooms with double/2 single beds as well as a smaller room with bunk bed, which should only be used by people up to 170 cm. In total, there are 8 beds. There is also a weekend bed incl. duvet for children from 0-2 years. Outdoors, you can enjoy the sun on the large terrace, and the children can play on the large lawn.

Bed linen and towels can be rented for DKK 75 per person per stay or you can bring your own. Perfect for a relaxing holiday by the sea with plenty of activities.

Own private entrance and access to a large, beautiful wooden terrace overlooking the fields and the opportunity to follow the seasons up close. Parking right at the door in front of the house and with the option to lock in with a key box.

The house is very centrally located on the west coast and there are nice bike paths right next to the house.
