Family-friendly holiday rentals in San Benedetto del Tronto

We have been to this beautiful place for the 3rd time, and will come back here again and again as the air, atmosphere and the Casali are very lovingly and constantly maintained. Olive trees, vines all around with 2 well-kept pools, we didn't even drive to the sea so nice is it just relax there and indeed it is a wonderful silence. The dirt road to the houses is a small challenge with lowered cars in the first 3tel (community road), once they have driven the way, they quickly get the hang of which is the ideal line. We had a fantastic stay for a big family reunion. Please be aware that when you book your stay it says the whole place will be for yourself and this can be misleading. You will have a whole apartment to yourself, but there are multiple apartments in the property that share the outside spaces. Anna, the host, was great! She was very attentive and cared well for us while we stayed. We had a surprise guest (with a dog) who joined us last minute and she kindly prepared an extra bed and took care of us. The place is just as pictured. The location is quiet atop a hill in the town of Case Alte, which is just about one street. It's a 15-30 minute drive to the beach and other surrounding cities/towns. The place is about one hour drive from the Pescara airport. They have a beautiful salt water pool with jacuzzi included. There is also an outside wood burning oven and grill that we used a lot and forged some wonderful memories eating and drinking surrounded by the beautiful nature.

The house had everything that could be needed. It was a 10 minute drive to the sea. It was cooler at night because of its high location. The view and terrace were lovely. We would definitely prefer it again on our next trip to this area. Thanks Franca Arrivederci

Everything about our stay was perfect. Elisabetta is an incredibly warm and hospitable woman. Our breakfast each morning prepared by her wonderful son was a beautiful was to start each day. Her B&B is the perfect respite! We will return!

Tom was super responsive in answering us and providing us with useful and detailed explanations, he was very flexible allowing us a late check-in compared to the scheduled time. The accommodation is super special and cared for in every detail, it perfectly matches the photos and description, and is ideal for a romantic evening, highly recommended.

I highly recommend this place! The house was spacious and a breathtaking view opened from the windows that left speechless. It is located in the heart of Fermo, near Piazza del Popolo, and just like a small museum it perfectly preserves the style of the eighteenth century. Chiara and her husband were very kind and helpful. The apartment is on the second floor and Chiara's husband helped me bring my luggage both on arrival and departure. Chiara prepared a breakfast cake for me-it was delicious! I felt all the warmth and care with which it was done. It was a real pleasure staying in such a fascinating place.

The Casale di Laura is by far the best equipped Airbnb we've ever had - and believe me, we travel a lot! Every detail was really thought of, from ear sticks, to toothpaste, shampoo, detergent, bathrobe, dishwasher, oil, welcome cake, water, wine, etc...I could list so much more - every detail was really thought of! The house/property is furnished and laid out with so much love, you can't even describe it in detail. The three of us had a great relaxing holiday with the dog🩷 In the morning, on the walk to the bar for cappuccino and cornetto, there are so many small and larger places to explore, many restaurants - whether in the mountains or by the sea or just by the pool or enjoy the great view from the terrace...🥰 We can only recommend the property, the area and especially the hospitality of Laura & Fam. from the heart...👌🏾 thank you for a wonderful vacation⛱

The accommodation was great, we had everything we needed. It's a little longer to the sea on foot, but we liked to walk, we could rent bikes. Great place for trips to the mountains in Abruzzo. The whole trip was great, we enjoyed it and we would like to return in the future.

Luisa is an impeccable host and the apartment in Pino matches the description and photos. The sea is only 5 minutes away on foot and the possibility of using umbrellas and deckchairs in a very beautiful Lido is highly appreciated. A more than positive experience that we will certainly try again.

Beautiful new apartment, very centrally located. The suite is in the ZTL zone so you cannot park there; however it was a short 10 minute walk to the central parking lot by the train station (which was also very cheap). Valentina had everything we could need in the apartment - it was well stocked with necessities for cooking as well as condiments in the fridge. We loved her place and highly recommend it! Would definitely stay there again! Thank you Valentina!

The place is very well located, comfortable and a garage space is a plus. Giorgia was very helpful and made us feel at home. I highly recommend it.

Beautifully restored old farmhouse with excellent amenities. Great swimming pool set in attractively-lit landscaped garden. Ombretta responded very quickly to all messages and was very friendly, as was Luciano (the caretaker). The mountains provided both a beautiful setting and some great hiking trails a short distance from the house.

We had an incredible time here. Eleanora was so so lovely. The place was gorgeous, private, and cozy. Would recommend to anyone ☺️❤️

Beautiful house, very clean. The environment is quiet. Well placed to discover the Riviera del Conero. The pool is a big plus when it's very hot. It was much appreciated by the children. We recommend this place

Ewa is a great host! She showed us around and helped us with everything right away! It was a lot of fun in Pineto. The bikes were very helpful (we had a rental car later) because Pineto is the nearest shopping. Thank you!

Riccardo's apartment was fine for a few days. The location is good, close to the beach and in the area there is plenty to do. Own parking is a plus. Riccardo responded quickly to all our questions and was helpful. The only downside is that there are basic amenities such as dishwashing detergent, garbage bags, soap etc. missing but that was also to be read in the advertisement/ reviews of others so we were prepared. I will recommend Riccardo's accommodation.

Laura and Francesco and their parents are really friendly people and always ready to help. They respond really quick. The house and the swimming pool are just amazing, it feels like you are in an oasis. All facilities were their and the outside kitchen is amazing. We really recommend this place and would love to come back.

Our hosts, Letizia and Piero awaited our arrival, greeting us with the famous Italian charm and grace. They made us feel welcome and were attentive to our needs. They recommended restaurants, groceries, and offered support regarding our business activities. This couple are quintessential hosts and we shall be recommending them to friends and family. They are extremely gracious and kind. The accommodating mountain home offered beautiful vistas and a relaxing atmosphere for anyone who needs to truly relax and recuperate. It was a wonderful stay!

This apartment is great, perfect I’d say. We stayed as two adults and a young kid and we absolutely loved it. The apartment is spacious with spacious bedrooms. The setting is absolutely gorgeous with plenty to look at and nice and quiet. We had a hire car and drove up and down the coast and we’re so grateful to come back each night or have a relaxing pool day. You can’t really walk anywhere from here so a car is recommended. Most of all though, Elisabetta and her family were so welcoming and friendly and made us feel right at home. If this place is available, book it!

A beautiful villa with fabulous views and spectacular sunsets. Everything had been well thought out and the villa was really well equipped, comfortable and homely. Daniela was a great host and easy to communicate with before and during our stay. The area was quiet and tranquil and also within easy reach of areas of interest. We went climbing and hiking in the spectacular natural park, drank coffee in the pretty square of San Ginesio, visited unique small Italian villages and enjoyed relaxing by the pool. The pizza oven and the bbq were brilliant and we loved the outdoor kitchen. We had a great family holiday and would thoroughly recomemend a stay at this villa.
