This space was perfectly located near beach, restaurants and bars. The host was communicative and supremely helpful in giving advice for places to go….clearly they love their neighbourhood. The apartment was cozy with a modern bathroom and thoughtful, sweet touches…..quiet and super clean. Absolutely loved it!

The house is very spacious and has everything you need for a nice stay in Penne. The location is very good and the view from the top balcony is lovely. In advance, we received a very good and detailed description of the place and recommendations for restaurants and other things in the immediate area. This place can really be recommended.

Antonio was really super nice to us in everything, from check-in to check-out. He also supported us with tips to make the most of our vacation. More than once he came to see us to ask us how it was going. Very characteristic and well furnished house.

Beautiful retreat near Ortona. Big accessible yard with pool in beautiful at the end of a short private road. Andrea was very friendly from our arrival to our departure, he upgraded us to a bigger accommodation since we were the only guests. Our children play the yard using the soccer balls and nets made available. Easy drive to Ortona and near beaches. I would recommend this quiet little paradise to anyone visiting Ortona.

It's a lovely apartment, very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We loved to sit in the garden area for dinner. Ivo, the host is very kind and helpful.

Our hosts, Letizia and Piero awaited our arrival, greeting us with the famous Italian charm and grace. They made us feel welcome and were attentive to our needs. They recommended restaurants, groceries, and offered support regarding our business activities. This couple are quintessential hosts and we shall be recommending them to friends and family. They are extremely gracious and kind. The accommodating mountain home offered beautiful vistas and a relaxing atmosphere for anyone who needs to truly relax and recuperate. It was a wonderful stay!

If you are looking for a quiet and isolated place in the Abbruzzese countryside, this is the ideal place. A few minutes from the sea, and a few minutes from the mountains! Also ideal for reaching historical and religious places in the area! The apartment consists of a very large bedroom, carved out of the ancient walls of the original house, where the arched ceiling takes you back in time. The kitchen is small and limited, but sufficient to prepare a simple meal! Dante and Annalisa are very friendly, attentive to our needs, always available and have also offered access to their countryside and allowed us to pick fruit directly from their trees!

We had 4 fabulous days, the house is in front of the sea and is wonderful, very clean and recently renovated. A fantastic terrace overlooking the promenade. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

The apartment, in the heart of the historic center of Ortona, was a strategic starting point for visiting the town on foot and cycling along the Via Verde of the Trabocchi Coast. The view of the harbor is very nice; the balcony was also (unexpectedly) a privileged vantage point to witness the procession in costume for the feast of San Tommaso!

We spent 12 wonderful days in Conni and Christian's apartment! House, garden and pool: everything as described and in the photos, picobello. Towels, bed linen, kitchen equipment, ... are sufficiently available. The Pool and Garden are a dream. The mosquitoes are of course annoying but unfortunately unavoidable. However, incense coils and citronella candles helped us to enjoy the evenings outside. Window screens in the bedrooms ensure quiet nights without stings. Location: Approx. 3km from the nearest town of Petritoli, very quiet. You definitely need a car. In Petritoli, you can find everything you need for daily life, even outside of the tourist season. Also a nice restaurant and a good pizzeria. The nearest beach to Pedaso is 18 km, about 20 minutes drive. Tip for navigating: arrive via Valmir and Petritoli, the roads are better and not so curvy, even if the route is 3 minutes longer. We would love to come back! Thank you!

Unique and rare. Upon arrival, we were greeted directly by the owner, Giuliano. He briefly showed us the apartment and stopped to have a chat. In the apartment there was nothing out of place: tidy and clean, cool (we didn't even need the air conditioner, which is available if you want it), mosquito nets on the windows and in front a nice garden that is very well kept and with very few mosquitoes. In addition to the usual things, we also had zampironi and mosquito repellent, playing cards, lots of books, information on local restaurants, two umbrellas, coffee and, on our arrival, Giuliano had a nice basket of fresh fruit and a few bottles of water for us. They seem trivial, but they are details that make the stay much more pleasant. It is clear that the owners (Giuliano and Donatella) love what they do and manage to convey it perfectly. We very much hope to be able to return and be able to stop for a few more days. Highly recommended.

The house is fully equipped with everything necessary, clean, well renovated, suitable for a large group.

We had a lovely stay in this Airbnb. The owner and caretakers were easy to deal with and had great communication. We loved our stay and hope to be back. The house was amazing and the entire Australian downhill skateboarding team felt at home during our stay. The area is incredible and the views are breathtaking. This was an amazing place to stay. The Villa was great: clean, comfortable and in a spectacular location with a panoramic view from the pool across the countryside to the mountains. We barbecued most evenings as the sun went down and then had breakfast most mornings under the vine pergola. We had nice trips to quiet local towns like Ripe San Genesio, with more amazing views, and a longer trip to historic Urbino. The Oasi Tigre supermarket in Tolentino was close by for food and wine and like most Italian supermarkets gave us fresh fish, vegetable, meat and a good selection of local wines - much better than many UK supermarkets. We found Le Marche to be much less busy than Tuscany but still with lovely scenery, lovely weather and lovely food.

My mom and I stayed at Chez Nous while we were traveling through Abruzzo and loved our stay! L’Aquila is truly a gem and not to be missed. Chez Nous was the perfect home base for exploring the city and surrounding area. Enrichetta met us at check in to show us the parking garage and provided local recommendations, especially for Celiac-friendly restaurants. There are plenty of great restaurants and shops featuring local products of Abruzzo within walking distance. The apartment is a stone’s throw from the Basilica of San Bernadino and many other historical sites. It was remarkable to see the resilience of the city after the earthquake and see the rebuilding efforts. The apartment itself was spotless and beautifully designed and very comfortable and quiet. We really enjoyed the selection of art books about L’Aquila and Abruzzo and wished we had more time to peruse the collection! Amazing stay and we can’t wait to return!

Sometimes the photos don't match the reality, but in this case, I have to say more than true. New and above all very clean apartment equipped with all comforts, as described, close to the sea. What about Vittorio, very punctual at check-in, very available to my every request, I recommend it and I will definitely come back. Tiziana

Very nice apartment,every comfort present: ducted air conditioning in every room,balcony with automatic and motorized solar curtains, waffle coffee maker,dishwasher, comfortable bed. New furniture, fast wifi and Smart TV. The house was found clean and tidy, with air fresheners around the house and building. the sink on the balcony is very convenient for rinsing the costumes. The sea is 10 minutes away on foot, and less than a km from the apartment, there are 2 discount stores, a Conad supermarket, and other convenient shops. Bicycles are available to reach the center and the beach. Private parking inside the courtyard protected by a gate. Recommended for a great stay at reasonable prices

We had an amazing stay at this place! The apartment is incredibly spacious, spotless, and just steps away from the beach. Having a supermarket right across the street and so many great restaurants nearby was super convenient. Manuel is an exceptional host — warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. We absolutely loved our time here and can’t wait to come back! We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay by the sea!

Thank you Marina and Samuele, our stay was very beautiful, the appartment has a lot of space, and the town was very lively, a lot of events going on on the main piazza, which is about 7min by foot. Marina and Samuele were very helpful. The house is amazing for a big group of friends and has everything you need!
